touzaikokon
Okay, I'm going to comment here, but what I say here applies to both your threads. Anyway, first off, welcome to the YVD forums! There are some important things to know while you're here. 1. Don't post attachments. It's more convenient for everyone if you post the full card picture. If you click on the card in card maker, it will upload the picture to imageshack, and even give you a link with tags so you can post it on here with good sizing. 2. Use Official Card Grammar. You can find more info about that here. It's a 5 minute read that should help improve your skills. If you still have doubts about how a card effect should be worded, look up an existing card that has a similar effect for reference. Either that, or PM a member on the site; many offer help with OCG, (they often advertise it in their signatures), so you'll be okay. 3. Be creative! Both your pictures and effects should be creative. Several users offer great image archives, such as Jazin Kay, Alcander, and others. You can also use deviantArt as a resource. 4. I didn't really cover effects, did I? Try to be original with effects. Do something that hasn't been done in the game yet, but at the same time, try to keep it reasonable. Think of game mechanics that haven't been thought of yet. Do something new. 5. Most importantly - respect everyone. Offer constructive criticism, and graciously accept feedback. These are general rules, but they're still important here. *whew* that was a lot. But please take this advice to heart.
