Divine: God Cards. Slifer, Obelisk and Ra are the strong examples. They are very strong. You can't use them in Duels tho.

 

Gemini: It's an Effect Monster Card, but when you Summon it the first time, it will be treated as a Normal Monster Card. You need to Summon them again (yes, on the field) to make them as an Effect Monster Card. To make this example clear, take a look at the 'Double Summon' card.

 

Spirit: Effect Monster Cards that will return to its owner's hand at the End Phase. Some cards will prevent those cards from returning back to the hand tho.

 

Toon: I think you already know it. If you don't, unless Toon World is on the field, Summoning and activating the Toon Monster Cards are a little bit harder. But if you have them on the field, it's a great joy.

 

Turner(? You must've meant Tuner): Monster Cards that you use to Synchro Summon. One example of a Synchro Monster is 'Stardust Dragon.

 

Union: Effect Monster Cards that could equip them to another appropriate monster card. For example, Doitsu could equip itself to Soitsu to have Soitsu's ATK become 2500. It is still treated as Monster Cards tho, and not Equip Spell Card.
