very weird effect. I'll try fix the OCG

After the 1st Standby Phase after this card's activation, each player draws a card during their End Phase(not their Draw Phase). After your opponent's 4th End Phase after this card's activation destroy this card.

It would need to be a continuous Spell I think. Get a new pic because that one just doesb't have anything to do with the card. And the name could be something like "The End Holds Gold".

Interesting card, 6/10

Would prefer if you'd post the card lore, so it's easier to OCG fix. Because your card effect is so unique, this isn't absolute - so feel free to call me out if you think I'm wrong.

"After the End Phase of this turn, each player conducts his/her Draw Phase immediately before his/her respective End Phase, until the 4th End Phase after this card was activated."

I think that sums it up well. Of course, this mechanic would work better through a Continuous Spell card, or a Swords-of-Revealing-Light-esque mechanic. But I like the effect no matter what, so kudos to you.

8/10

OCG fixes for a card with a unique effect. I do admire you people and your effort.

Final Countdown activates off the field and it creates a new condition in play, so it isn't necessary for this to stay on the field.

Thanks though. A bump, I guess.

"It would need to be a continuous Spell I think." Not quite, have you heard of the Deck Devastation Virus series? Their effects go on while they are in the graveyard for 3 turns. Although I agree, this card is interesting. 7/10

Ahh, good point. I was just saying the grammar would be easier to write for a Continuous card. But that would be letting grammar get in the way of originality, so you're totally right here.
