The OCG is simple but perfect.

 

Image looks of decent YGO quality.

 

In terms of originality and flexibility with existing cards, it's low.

 

But still, a good 9/10.

...I find this OPed. The fact that you can SS it from the hand AND Graveyard seems a little bit too extreme? The cost is actually godly in Fabled/Dark World. Discard Goldd and Silvaa = 3 Beatsticks. The last part probably won't be used, unless you inflict minor damage and/or the top card of your Graveyard is important.

 

But yeah, I find it kinda OPed. If you can change it a little bit, I'd be happy.

It is not the top card of the Graveyard, is ANY card from your Graveyard to the top of you DECK.
