New Monarch

I have always wanted to make a monarch monster, and this idea was bubbling in the back of my head for the longest time so here it is:

Very creative but very Op'd. It only costs 2 cards in your hand to skip your opponents turn? Try to make it like the monarchs effects which remove your opponents card form the field.

Use something like:

 

...discard 2 cards to return any 2 cards on the field to it's owners Deck...

(Monarch themed effect)

~or~

...discard 2 cards from your hand to skip your opponent's next (insert phase here)...

(balanced version of your effect)

it's Op'ed if you gonna skip your oppnent's turn, there must be some phase that you must skip as well, i think 2 cards isn't enough, i think 3 cards and maybe skip your battle phase on the turn that effect applied. I like the pic and the name. 7.5/10

Alright, I changed the effect a little.

I think he discard cost is good, and the fact that you have to tribute for him is good. All in all, that card better win you the game or else you're pretty much screwed. You could do a cool combo with morphing jar, but that's just me yackin', haha.

 

I agree with how OP'd it is though. Maybe just stopping your opponent's draw phase? Yata Garasu was flawed in that it had no cost, along with Time Seal. But that just might balance it. I dunno. It's you card, your choice. I like it very much!!
