Its cool dude, u see those stars under the posters names. Those are basically post rank& though 2 stars seem alot there not. In fact those 2 are still at your level maby even lower.

Good try on the cards, at least u knew how to post cards, unlike some newbs...

Anyways your cards are bad but you are new and i think u will get better with time ^^ Rating for being new 7/10

Oh i might suggest that you use this for "Toxic Dragon" effect.

Flip:Select 1 monster on your opponents side of the field and destroy it. Also as long as this monster is face up on the field it cannot be destroyed as a result of Battle.

Also when finding pics for cards. Dont use any of the following, pics with completely white or black backgrounds, pics of real life things, pics with words in them unless they go with the name Like "O-Over Soul" used an O for the pic, otherwise don't go for pics with words

A few tips:

- I advise that you stay away from the Divine Attribute, some people don't like it (including me), especially Divine-Beast.

- Don't use N/A for your ATK/DEF, use 0. And a suggestion: give your Synchro an effect or else it would be the most UP (UnderPowered) card in all of Yu-Gi-Oh.

- And your second card is really OP (OverPowered). I think you should give it an effect and make it harder to summon. A smaller tip: Stay away from level 12, there's only like 2 (I think) real cards that are level 12. They give the people an impression that you're a noob.

- Please work on your grammar and spelling. Your OCG (Official Card Grammar (I think, I forgot. Someone correct me if it's wrong)) is wrong, I can understand for a first timer.

 

If you can fix this, you could be a pretty good card maker. I won't rate, because if I did, I couldn't do it truthfully, but if you insist on getting a rating:
