I don't know if you intend this to happen, but as face-down cards a lot of effects will not apply to them. Also, a monster can be Flip Summoned/flipped face-up, get flip face-down by this effect, change to Defense Position, then be Flip Summoned again...

If you only intend for the attack target/target of a card effect to be randomized, you can just state so in the lore. Otherwise, there will definitely be some way to abuse this card...

Attack Position monsters remain face-down while this is active, so you couldn't Flip Summon them (if because of a ruling if for nothing else)

If you would normal summon a monster, it would be considered a set. A face-down defense position monster would just change to face-down attack position instead of being flip summoned.

One change I did forget to add to the card from when I made this before is that while it's active, face-down attack position monsters are able to declare an attack.

this explains alot, many things make sence now that you can declare an attack while the the monster is face-down ATK position.

as the name suggests its blind warfare

the fact that it flips during the damage step is a bummer, i was really seeing shiny stars for Decoy dragon. Im sure homever this also has its advantages like with honest in your hand.

9.5/10
