:ABC:
likeing it, it could also be bad for you so that drawback balances it, and the concept is something i hav nev... wait i think their was one thing like it, it was like in the last episode of yugioh gx( the one not released in america), but still very orignal, 9/

chuerta6
hmm do the monsters imediately set when they are summoned or are they summoned normally then set
jack781217
9/10I don't know if you intend this to happen, but as face-down cards a lot of effects will not apply to them. Also, a monster can be Flip Summoned/flipped face-up, get flip face-down by this effect, change to Defense Position, then be Flip Summoned again... If you only intend for the attack target/target of a card effect to be randomized, you can just state so in the lore. Otherwise, there will definitely be some way to abuse this card... Morgan LeFlay
Also, a monster can be Flip Summoned/flipped face-up, get flip face-down by this effect, change to Defense Position, then be Flip Summoned again... Attack Position monsters remain face-down while this is active, so you couldn't Flip Summon them (if because of a ruling if for nothing else) If you would normal summon a monster, it would be considered a set. A face-down defense position monster would just change to face-down attack position instead of being flip summoned. One change I did forget to add to the card from when I made this before is that while it's active, face-down attack position monsters are able to declare an attack. Im sure homever this also has its advantages like with honest in your hand. 9.5/
Anbu-of-Sand
This is...really interesting. A unique effect. I can see this being used with cards like Golemn Sentry. No OCG errors I see, mainly because I haven't seen an effect like this. 9.8/
Lord Smeagle
I've tried to make an effect like this before. It didn't work. Yours is much better. 10/10.
