If 4 or more cards are drawn in a single turn, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Summoned in this way, both players discard their hand and draw 2 cards from their opponent's Deck. This card and any monster that attacks this card inflict Piercing Damage.

 

 

When 2 or more cards including this card are sent or discarded from your hand to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon this card. Then, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of Thunder-Type monsters you control x the number of cards discarded x 100.

 

 

When your opponent activates a card effect from their hand, except during their Main Phase, you can discard this card from your hand to negate that effect and destroy it, then draw 1 card.

 

 

When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle, you can discard 1 card from your hand, then look at the top and bottom cards of your Deck. If they are both "N.T.e.RNet" cards, add them both to your hand and destroy this card. If they are not both "N.T.e.RNet" cards, add 1 of them to your hand and remove the other from play.

I like the creativity and synergy with these cards, but even with executioner, how do you plan to draw 4 cards in one turn?

 

Also, Executioner is overpowered. It negates your opponent's effect and gives you one (or more) card(s).

It only negates effects that activate in the hand. Mostly it stops Honest, Kalut and Heralds. Which need to be stopped every once in a while.

 

As for drawing cards, that includes either player drawing any number of cards. Hand Destruction is 4 cards right there. Plus, the N.T.e.RNet set will have several draw engines, most of which work by first discarding.
