7/10 BECAUSE there is a loop hole in your card you could summon two and chose each of those cards and two others

make it destroyed by battle and the loop effect will not be op'ed and will make it a 9/10, at the moment it is, 6.5/10

Please explain the loophole a little better.

with if you summon both at the same time( there are some real cards with effects that do that) they could pick each other and two other monsters and have 4 invincable cards on the field.

The "loophole", as you call it, can be simply solved by using changing the first sentence to this:

 

When this card is Summoned you can select up to 2 monster(s) on the field except "Green Magician".

 

This card is actually very OP. You can choose 2 opponent's monsters, then tribute this card or whatever, and destroy both cards. Maybe restrict it to only your side of the field.
