Master of Chaos™ Posted June 3, 2010 Report Share Posted June 3, 2010 All monsters on the field with "Toon" in its Card name gain 300 ATK and DEF. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 "Toon" monster you control and pay a multiple of 1000 Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Toon" monster from your Graveyard whose Level is equal to the Level of the tributed monster and the number of Life Points you paid 1 Level X1000.
