[spoiler=Basic Info]The Contest has already started. To join it, pay the certain amount of Points and then post your card and tell me you paid. The Contest ends on June 07, 2010. On this day, you may no longer post cards. This is also the day that the cards are rated.

 

 

[spoiler=Info Cont.]The theme is Dark Monsters. Entrance fee is only 10 points for level 3's and belows, 30 points for level 4's and higher. You may now start paying and posting your cards. There will only be 1 round

 

 

[spoiler=Prizes]First Place: 50% of the collected entrance fee will go to the first place winner as well as +3 rep.

Second Place: 30% of the collected entrance fee will go to the second place winner as well as +2 rep.

Third Place: 20% of the collected entrance fee will go to the third place winner as well as +1 rep.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 3 or more Dragon-typed monsters to the Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned, Inflict 100 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points for every card in you and your opponent's hand.

This card is also treated as a WIND monster. When this card destroys a monster by battle, place 1 "Vortex Counter" on that Monster Card Zone (max. 1). Your opponent cannot Summon monsters in Monster Card Zones with a "Vortex Counter" on them. Once per turn, you can remove 1 "Vortex Counter" on the field to inflict 700 damage to your opponent.

This card cannot be destroyed by battle. (Damage calculation is applied normally) If you took damage as a result of a battle between a monster you control and a monster your opponent controls, you can decrease the ATK of this card equal to the amount of Battle Damage you took to negate the damage to your Life Points. Once per turn, you can decrease this card ATK by any multiple of 100 to destroy all monsters on the field whose Level is equal to or less than the first number of the amount of ATK you decreased from this card.
