Two Chain-Gain Cards

Lore: Activate only as Chain Link 2 or higher. Negate the activation of every Spell and Trap card in that Chain and inflict 500 damage for every card you and your opponent played in that Chain.

It means it inflicts 500 damage to each card you played in the entire chain respectively. So if I happened to play 3 cards and he/she played 2, I'd take 1500 Life Points and my opponent would take 1000 Life Points.

Effect: I think the cards should activate when you hit Chain Link 3 or higher. Chain Link 2 is pretty much any chain, so you can just throw these around anywhere, albeit with little power. Still, they are relatively balanced (assuming "Chain Link Fence" deals damage to both players). (2 points)

 

Grammar: Seemed okay. On "Chain Link Fence", you should specify who the damage goes to. On "Broken Chain Link Fence", you should say:

 

"...Increase the ATK and DEF of 1 monster on the field by 400 x the number of Spell and Trap Cards..."

 

But aside from those errors, you're all good. (2 points)

 

Style: They look cool. I see what you did there, what with the chain link cards being...well, Chain Link cards, lol. Creatively done. (3 points)
