Once per turn, you can discard a number of Equip Spell Cards from your hand to have your opponent discard the same number of cards from their hand. You can Tribute this card to Special Summon "Power Tool Dragon" (This counts as a Synchro Summon). OCG is probably off. Honestly, the whole thing probably is.
