Max Darkness
I'm an avid Mill and RFP Mill Deck user so I tried to create a card that would suit my interests (and any other Millers) down to the core. So, "Das Futurekind", an RFP Miller that slowly destroys your opponent's Deck, but only if you can remove enough monsters to give it enough strength to do so... Enjoy. Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned except by removing from play any number of non-Token monsters from your hand or field. (You cannot Set this card.) 'When this card is Normal Summoned, its original ATK becomes equal to the number of monsters removed to Summon it x 1000. This card is also treated as a DARK monster while face-up on the field and while removed from play. This Attack Position card cannot be destroyed by battle. (Damage calculation is applied normally.) 'When this card battles, you can reduce this card's original ATK in multiples of 1000 before damage calculation, until the End Phase. If you do, at the end of the Damage Step, remove cards from the top of your opponent's Deck from play equal to the multiples of 1000 ATK reduced by this card's effect. Image from Deviantart. Lord Smeagle
I like it, but it really begs for abuse. End Phase Scapegoat, anyone? That's a 4000 ATK monster, assuming you DON'T use your Normal Summoned monster to get 5. Maybe you should make it so you can't offer Tokens for its effect? Then again, that might underpower it. Hm. Also, if you have "Sanctuary in the Sky" face-up, you won't take any Battle Damage if you reduce its ATK to 0 during a battle.
Headmaster Monokuma
This is brilliant Mr. Maximillion. The OCG looks fine to me, but what do I know about it? You're much better with it then I am. The picture is wonderful, and the card's effect itself is very creative. I can easily see myself using it, although it seems like it could easily be abused due to the fact the monsters can be removed from your hand, thus making this many more times easier to summon... Max Darkness
I was waiting for someone to say that. However, to make it anyway worth using (without having to rely on "Sanctuary of the Sky" or "Spirit Barrier", which can be "M.S.T." or "Raigeki Break"-ed) is to remove at least 3 monsters. That's a lot to lose if you use your hand exclusively. And even if you don't you'll probably lose almost all your summonable monsters or have 1 other left. So it is easy to summon, but it takes a heavy toll from where-ever you summon it from and it is vulnerable to card effects, meaning it could be gone within a couple of turns, leaving you with either an empty field, dead hand or both. (Plus, if used in a Fairy Deck, RFPing monsters isn't very helpful, so that's an offset)

ParaToxic
Like it a lot :)Make sure to add another effect so it doesn't let u reduce ATK below 0 :)
Guest War Torn
Great card Max. You are right about the Fairy Deck. Faries aren't good for discarding, they are good for other things, like getting an advantage with Counter Traps.
Max Darkness
Like it a lot :)Make sure to add another effect so it doesn't let u reduce ATK below 0 :) Game mechanics say you can't reduce ATK or DEF to below 0. 0 is the lowest you get. Thanks for the comments both.
ParaToxic
Well thats true, but then again I've saw some custom cards that had negative ATK/DEF and used their effects as such, if KONAMI ever made one of those cards its good to know that u can't reduce its atk below 0 ^^
Mehmani
When you Normal Summon it, the only bonus you get is an ATK boost. EVERYTHING ELSE still applies if it is Special Summoned. BROKEN.
Inferno I20
wow thats a very good cardi like milling decks because they end the duel without violence lol
Max Darkness
EVERYTHING ELSE still applies if it is Special Summoned. BROKEN. But it then has 0 ATK, so no way to activate its effect unless ATK-boosters are used. Yes it can't be destroyed, but you'll need to negate the damage or reduce it each time your opponent strikes. Max Darkness
So what do you suggest? A modification to the effect along the lines of: 'When this card is Normal Summoned, its original ATK becomes equal to the number of monsters removed to Summon it x 1000.' and 'When this card battles, you can reduce this card's original ATK in multiples of 1000 before damage calculation, until the End Phase.' zSpark
I love it. It actually is a little OPed. Tokens can way overpower it. Im just sayin. Good oCG thoughMaybe you should make it so it gets 400-500 attack per monster? 7/

Guest War Torn
Max, don't give him a hard time. You are contradicting what N.D.L. is about.
Lord Smeagle
As a Fairy it was acceptable. As a Machine it's OP'd simply by virtue of Limiter Removal. Four monsters + Limiter Removal = gg n00b.
Max Darkness
Effect updated. @ Smeargle: The main point of this card is milling. So while you could get it up to 8000/10000 ATK, you could only fully abuse this card by then lowering its ATK to around 3000 or 4000, thus removing the possibility of causing massive battle damage. And then it would be destroyed by "Limiter Removal" in the End Phase, meaning for four RFPed cards from your opponent's Deck, you've removed four of your own monsters and lost this card. If you want a monster that can be bumped to 8000 ATK, why not just use the "Chimeratech" Fusions? This isn't designed to be a beatdown card; it's an RFP milling card, which can only be fully used if it stays on the field as long as possible. Doubling its ATK before letting it self-destruct defeats the object of this card.
