Nick nods, "What a fantastic waste of a trap card, and that happens to be NONE of your buisness, pest. You can take your turn. Consider it one of your last. He grinned. These turns would only get harder for Kane to survive, with the way things have been going. He takes a second to scan the area, noticing quite the crowd has gathered.

 

"Geez you pest, what do you attract people when you lose?" he then spots Madeline. He shoots a grin at her and turns back to the duel,

 

"Are you taking your turn or what?"

"Very well Aifeldt, if you don't have any disagreements, I'll let you take that girl's soul. Let's say that's my way of showing how highly I think of our partnership." Dan responded. "I'll just watch from afar. Besides, I'm more of a king watching a joust instead of the knight jousting...." Dan stated calmly as he leaned against a nearby tree watching the events of Nick's and Kane's duel unfold while waiting to see his new partner's duel begin.

Terra Watched the duel rage on, he was standing on top of a small building with his arms folded.

"I wonder who these people are", Terra thought as he continued to watch on. He took out his Deck and looked through it briefly. He then looked back at the duel taking place. "This is no ordinary duel I can feel it, there’s alot more at risk then what it seems." He then turned around and walked off will questioning himself over the duel he was witnessing

The Eraser too, was surprised by Derek's choice. There must be a bigger reason.....

"Or maybe there isn't, God of Uncreation. Perhaps we're simply stronger than all the Sins, plus the Sin's emotions don't really help either. Lust would take interest and distract, Wrath would rage on and distract, Sloth would complain and distract, Gluttony would....well, you get the idea. Or perhaps that IS the bigger reason. Ran kept on having a constant headache. It didn't help Protheus was speaking to both him AND the Eraser. Protheus may have all the knowledge in the universe, but he might as well be eternal torment. "Hmph, so be it then. I myself have no quarrel with you." He said.
