Nick walked in with a bit of a swagger, he came into the hallway to see Dan and Madeline, a small girl, a spastic male and a duelist in which he recognized from the arena. He walks right up to Dan, nudging Jane out of the way as he walks, "What is this pathetic display." he grumbles as he takes the hair out of his left eye's view. He could only imagine what Madeline's trying to do here. Normally Nick's the over-the-top one, but for once it seems Madeline beat him to it.

OOC: yes I have 0 i copy/pasted my field layout from my last post and forgot to change it, sorry!

IC:"Yeah that's exactly what I'm gonna do! I end my turn and level up Horus LV6 to Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8 (3000/1800)!" Horus's metal armor opened up, revealing a more humanoid form, complete with arms and longer legs. Its aura also grew to accomodate its larger size. "This used to be my father's trump card, back in the day, you know. He's always served me well." Kane said, a confident smile on his face. "Your turn, Fiona!"

Madeline gazed up at the larger dragon, nevertheless amused. Ah yes, I almost forgot he thinks my name's Fiona. Naive fool. Even after I stole his best card, he thinks I told him the truth.

"My turn, draw!" she stated, flicking a card from her deck. This could be troublesome. Horus 8 has more attack power than every monster in my deck and it removes my ability to use Spell Cards. Even so, the fight isn't quite over yet.

"I summon Swap Frog!" she announced. The yellow horned frog materialized from a summoning portal, croaking, but faltering upon seeing its opposition. (Lvl 2, WATER, Aqua, ATK: 1000 DEF: 500) "When this is Summoned, I can send a Ronintoadin from my deck to the graveyard," Madeline explained idly, sending the chosen card into her graveyard.

"I'll end my turn with a facedown," she finished.

"Draw! Interesting card. It'll come in handy." Kane thought as he looked at the card he drew. "I set one card facedown. Now, Horus attack Swap Frog with Black flame Inferno!" The dragon let out a massive jet of black/purple flames at high speed toward the amphibian before it. A massive storm of flames began to envelope Madeline's side of the field, swirling around Swap frog.

"I activate my Trap Card! Dimension Wall!" Madeline said, her oldest facedown card flipping up, portrating the image of a warrior's attempted attack disppearing through a dimensional rift and striking the attacker. Her Swap Frog whined as the dragon's attack literally melted its body, the liquidified frog shattering into pixels at the last moment. At the same time, a dimensional rift formed between the lingering energy and Madeline, absorbing the attack.

"You take all the Battle Damage I would have!" she said, smirking. "That'll be 2000 points of it!"

"Not so fast!" Kane yelled as he flipped up HIS oldest facedown. "I activate Trap Jammer! This card negates your Dimension Wall and destroys it!" A magical circle appeared underneath the rift, closing it and generating a large amount of purple gas. "This means that YOU take the battle damage from Horus LV8's attack, sorry!" The purpleish black flames again erupted from the dragon's mouth, this time hitting Madeline for a second or two before dissapearing.

Madeline winced, shielding herself from the blast of flames, recoiling several small paces. She straightened up, brushing herself off as if nothing had happened, although her clothes were vaguely singed.

"Seeing as there's nothing left for you to do, it's my turn!" she snapped, drawing her next card. Yet at the same time, her hand shook. Now she was starting to be at a severe disadvantage. She still had to wait another two turns before she could attack, even if she could summon something capable of taking out his monster.

"I remove one Swap Frog to Special Summon my Ronintoadin from the grave in Defense! Then I play one card facedown to end my turn," she muttered darkly.

OOC: Now brought to you in Zai-Fi!

IC: "I draw!" Kane smiled upon looking at the card he drew. "Alright Horus, attack Ronintoadin with Black Flame Inferno!" The jet of black flames erupted from Horus's mouth once again, although this time he was aiming for the blue, tattooed frog sitting before him. And again, the flames swirled around the frog, heating it up to painful temperatures. Provided there was no response, the frog would be gone in a few seconds, sending Kane one step closer to victory...

"I activate Gravity Bind!" Madeline announced, the card she set last turn flipping up. Waves of energy expanded from the card, pressing the black flames away from her monster and intensifying the gravitational pull upon all higher level monsters on the field. "Thanks to this, all level 4 and above monsters can't attack, and that would be almost every monster that's not a Frog!" she taunted, crossing her arms.

Nick looked at Madeline intensely, with his yellow, catlike eyes. His black hair falls right in front of his eyes again, showing the thick blonde stripe going up the side of his head. He pulls out his incognito deck, which he built for the sole purpose of sealing his identity as a member of the Ordo Everto. He saw that Madeline was trying to dig herself out of getting destroyed by some random newbie, Christ Madeline, can't you ever do anything right? You have all of this stuff going for you... that I never had, and you still mess things up! How dare you! He started to rant in his head as his facial expression started to twist to a more malicious face. He gained his composure once again, however, and his normal, near emotionless face came back in front. He walked away from Dan, who for some reason was so intent on this petite little emo girl who, he admitted to himself he thought was good looking, to answer him. So instead he walks up to Madeline, speaking rather loudly, "Can I ask exactly what you're doing? You're blocking off the hallway for some pathetic kid. I have to go wee-wee." He said in his naturally deepish, sinister voice.

Madeline raised an eyebrow at Kane's move. What good was it to just summon a second powerful monster out? With his attacks sealed, it was only a matter of time before she drew out the cards she needed to win the duel. And get his soul. She was distinctly aware that the duel had captured quite a bit of attention from onlookers, a small number of them she recognized.

"Are you finished?" she taunted Kane, her left hand twitching in anticipation of drawing her next card. Her gaze flicked over to the pale young man walking towards her, recognizing him slightly, but giving him nothing more than a passing glance. She had nothing to say to him, and the duel couldn't be stopped at this point.

"I'm finished. Go." At that moment Astrum got up and lifted himself into the air, creating a noticable blast of wind. He turned to nick and said, "Sorry, but the bathroom's plumbing is under repair currently, so you'll have to find another one." Obviously this wasn't true, but astrum wanted to get him, and possibly other members in the crowd who had to go, away from the duel so as to take away some of the distractions to Kane.

Nick was mildly distracted by the talking dragon, but for the most part angered by the fact that Madeline blatantly ignored him. He was wondering why she would ignore him, despite the fact that they know each other fairly well. He turns to the dragon, "Oh, yes. Of course. I rather like this bathroom better. It smells like peaches most of the time aside from the obvious reasons of why it wouldn't. I'll just wait here for the duel to end. In the mean time, why don't you do something dragon-like, like... eat a damn rabbit or something."

Dan continued to watch the duel with a cold expression. "(Is Madeline trapped in a corner? Hehehe, how entertaining.)" Dan thought to himself with a wide eerie grin. He then noticed the arrival of Nick. "(Hehe, looks like Nick is here too huh? I feel bad for this poor saps with incredibly rare cards that we can take. Actually, I don't feel bad at all. I actually enjoy it oh so much, hehe.)" Dan then walked towards Nick. "Well Nick, I'm surprised to see you here. Have you seen Tyson on your way? Probably not. It seems Madeline is kinda in a bit of trouble wouldn't you say?" Elliot watched as Dan talked to Nick, however, he wasn't able to pick up on any words. Elliot then turned to Jane. "Hey Jane, are you part of the tournament?"

Itsu and Desna were still confronting the Protheus-like being.

"Protheus? Is that you?" She asked, reaching for his cloak.

"Please, be careful." Desna pleaded as Itsu reached up, and yanked on the cloak, pulling it off to reveal..."Well, I definitely wasn't expecting that." Itsu admitted as they both stared at who was underneath the cloak.

"Good," Madeline said, drawing her card. She turned it around to face her, and a wide grin spread across her face. "Oh my, what do we have here?" she whispered. This was the card that would get her all her card advantages back, and once again remind this fool who he was dealing with.

"I hope you weren't expecting to win this duel, Kane. I summon Substitoad!" she said, slapping the card onto her disk. A bi-colored frog materialized besides her other one, and she smirked widely. (Lvl 1, ATK: 100, DEF: 2000)

"First, I tribute Ronintoadin with Substitoad's ability. For the low cost of one tribute, I can Special Summon any Frog from my deck, and for this round, I'll choose to Special Summon my last Swap Frog from my deck! When it's Summoned, I send one Treeborn Frog from my deck to the Graveyard!" Madeline announced, smirking. (Lvl 2, ATK: 1000, DEF: 500)

"Now I remove my Graveyard Swap Frog to resurrect Ronintoadin, but off the bat, I'll tribute it again to summon my Flip Flop Frog from my deck!" Madeline continued, her smirk widening with every move. (Lvl 2, ATK: 500, DEF: 200)

"Next, I remove my graveyard Flip Flop Frog to resurrect Ronintoadin again! And again, I'll tribute it for Substitoad to Special Summon Unifrog in Defense!" The purple horned frog materialized, croaking once. (Lvl 2, ATK: 400, DEF: 400)

"Then, I remove my Graveyard Submarine Frog to bring back Ronintoadin again! And this time I'll send it for my Dupe Frog, in defense!" (Lvl 2, ATK: 100, DEF: 2000)

"But don't think I'm finished yet!" Madeline taunted. "I can Tribute my Swap Frog to summon Poison Draw Frog in defense, and Tribute my Substitoad itself for my last Dupe Frog in defense!" A small, black and red frog materialized where the horned yellow frog appeared, and a duo of graduation-cap toting frogs appeared as well.

"Lastly, I activate my Flip Flop Frog's ability...I get to place it facedown in defense position!" Madeline said, flipping the card facedown on the field, where it looked very out of place in a field of frogs. "Turn End! And with that, your Swords of Revealing Light expire!"

Nick walked back over and heard Dan start to use their real names, he started talking much louder than Dan so he would be drowned out, "No way dude! Not at all!" he walks closer and shh's him. "Would you chill with the real names? We can't be found just yet, seriously." he whispered into Dan's ear. He wanted to make sure that Jane girl didn't hear an OUNCE of what was just said. If she did, she could become a serious liability to the Ordo Everto. He would have to take her out, Nikky Synthas style.

"Grrrrrrrrrrrrr." Kane was visibly distressed. At that moment, swords of revealing light faded away, its time was up. "I draw." His eyes lit up at the sight of the card he drew. THE card: the one he needed to blow this game wide open. The card he needed to be on the cusp of victory. He made a confident smirk. "I AM GOING TO WRECK YOU!" he yelled, activating his recently drawn trump card. "I activate Stamping destruction, which destroys your Gravity bind and deals 500 damage to you!" A dragon foot came out of thin air and stomped down next to Madeline, shaking the ground.

As Dan's statement was drowned out, Dan simply crossed his arms and became a little bit irritated. "Tsch, who cares if they know. We'll just completely annihilate them....." Dan stated in a quiet manner so only he and Nick would hear. "Sheesh.... This duel is dragging on longer than I expected. Who knew Mad- uh Fiona would have a tough time eh?" Dan stated in his normal tone. "Oh, Ancient Fairy Dragon huh? Now how does someone like him get their hands on that card. Tssk, tssk, I hop Fiona finds her way out of this predicament." Dan stated.

Madeline watched as her Gravity Bind was blown apart and her lifepoints took a small blow. The crippling waves once cast from the trap faded away, but she merely laughed. "That's all?" she snorted. "Don't make me laugh, you're far from out of danger here."

She crossed her arms. "At this point in the game, I don't even need Gravity Bind. Its purpose was served. Do your worst!" Just try to "Wreck" me now, it's too late for you to defeat me. Your card is as good as mine, and your soul will follow.

Jane noticed Elliot talking to her, "Uhh, yes. Yes I am. I sport a lightsworn deck. It's really strong, trust me. You'll get your chance to see me in action eventually. Haha. I almost guarantee I'll win, not that I want to sound arrogant or anything." She then saw this... odd man come over and start shouting at the one she felt evil vibes from. She started to feel some odd vibes from him as well. There was SERIOUSLY something wrong here. Could it be possible that their all intertwined in some... system? She looked at the man start to whisper to the other one. She KNEW there was something between them, and that she was in danger. She pulled out Ronoa and held it close to her. Her breathing started to speed up as she slowly had a panic attack. She was breathing so fast that she started to lose control of her body, a natural reaction to her increasing stress, well, not to most people, but specifically her, and she knew what was going to happen next. She takes a few steps forward, primarily in Kane's direction, and falls over, incapacitated.

Kane smiled. "Alright then hahahaha. You're goin' down! I summon White Stone of Legend! Next, I tune it with my Ancient Fairy Dragon to Synnchro Summon my Red Dragon Archfiend (3000/2000) !" The massive demonic dragon appeared from its synchro summoning ring, and roared triuphantly at the array of amphibians before it. "I know you hate this card, Astrum, but I need need it now bro." Kane thought to himself. "Now Red Dragon Archfiend, attack dupe frog! Absolute Powerforce!" Upon hearing the command, Red Dragon Archfiend engulfed its fist in energy from its mouth, and delivered a bone crushing haymaker to the Dupe Frog, sending it flying. "Now for Red Dragon's effect. When he attacks a defense position monster, he destroys all other defense position monsters on your side of the field, and flip flop frog's effect isn't activated, so my monsters are safe." The infernal dragon breathed hellish energy on the rest of the frogs, destroying them in turn. "Now, Horus Attack her directly with Black Flame Inferno!" Horus complied, and unleashed a torrid mass of flames on Madeline, dealing 3000 points of damage. Astrum flew over to Jane. "Someone get a doctor in here! She needs help!" he called to the crowd while picking her up as gently as possible and moving her to a safer location. "Good luck Kane." he said as he moved away from the duel.

Nick walks over to the dragon he was talking to before, "Don't worry. I'll take the girl to the infirmary, your kind would be way to rough on such a small girl, the strength of your body may very well snap her petite figure right in half." he takes the girl away from astrum and slowly walks away, thinking Yes! This is exactly how I will keep her away from the Ordo, I will woo the girl by acting like her hero, and when she is her weakest, suck her soul dry. People like her don't deserve what they've been given anyway. He grinned evilly as he walks away with his cute new victim in his hands.

((...poor, poor Kane))

Madeline tensed as he summoned the Tuner monster, but upon hearing what he was summoning, instead began to laugh. It started as a giggle, but slowly escalated into near-maniacal laughter. "Red Dragon Archfiend?" she sneered. "You remember that card destroys every other monster on your field that didn't attack this round, don't you?" She licked her lips. "You've sealed your own doom, your overconfidence has ended this duel for you."

Red Dragon Archfiend pulled back its fist to strike, but moments before it would have hit Madeline's monster, the second Dupe Frog gave an irritating croak. The large dragon hesitated, finding the other frog so annoying that it moved to attack that one instead. At that moment, the first Dupe Frog croaked, drawing the dragon's attention. Yet when it moved to flatten that monster, the second Frog croaked again. After several rounds of this, the massive dragon growled and backed off entirely.

"Dupe Frog's special ability. While it's faceup on the field, you cannot attack another monster. When I have two of them, you can't attack at all!" Madeline cackled. "Any last words, Kane? You have no cards in your hand, no Spells and no Traps. Your turn ends and your Horus is destroyed. There's nothing you can do now."

Madeline laughed, watching the Spell-negating dragon roar in agony and blow apart. "Not like it matters, dear Kane," she mocked. "Of course, if I happen to draw a new Field Spell, or any other useful card, I will win the duel here and now."

"My turn, draw!" Madeline announced, drawing her card. She looked at it and blinked, looking highly amused. "Oh my, THIS will be FUN!" she announced gleefully. "I place a card facedown and activate my facedown Solidarity! Now, since I have only Aqua type monsters in my graveyard, all Aqua type monsters on my field gain 800 ATK points. Keep that in mind that the end approaches."

"I flip my Flip Flop Frog, as you knew I would. I can now return up to 5 of your monsters, but you have only one, so I bid your Red Dragon Archfiend adieu before it returns to your Extra Deck."

The gray, inverted frog lashed out its tongue and spat the larger Dragon off the field.

"I shall switch all my monsters to ATK position, just so you can feel the blows, one at a time!" Madeline snickered. "And all of my monsters gain 800 ATK points!"

(Dupe1 ATK: 900) (Dupe2 ATK: 900) (Poison ATK: 900) (Unifrog ATK: 1200) (Flip Flop ATK: 1300)

"All my monsters, direct attack! Endure the agony, Kane, of your overconfidence! You're all but finished now! Be grateful...your little dragon friend never saw you make an absolute fool of yourself!"

Each monster darted forward and slammed into Kane, each with the force provided by the duel. Madeline's eyes glinted deviously as she watched his LP drop from 5300 to 100 in a single move. (900+900+900+1200+1300=5200)

"Turn End," she stated finally.
