You aren't supposed to Attach files, but doesn't matter anyway.

Got some OCG errors, but despite that, its a nice effect. Would add to its eff that its attack returns back to normal during your End Phase, and that u have to discard a Dragon-Type card.

 

Nice card for a new member.

If you "sacrifice from your hand", you say "discard a monster card". The picture doesn't have anything to do with Cosmos, which is related to stars / space. Any form of summoning is capitalized, such as Normal Summon, Flip Summon, Special Summon, etc. I absolutely <3 that you didn't put level 12, divine, divine-beast, or ultimate rare like so many new members almost always do. 7/10, better than Rampage's rating, but not ParaToxic's.

I have no mercy for newbs. It's funny, newb, after newb, after newb, after newb, after newb. All they do for their first cards, is make OP'ed Dragon-Type cards!!! How can "Cosmo Dragon" be Special Summoned? There is no specific card for it, and it's not likely that they have a card to Special Summon 1 Level 10 Dragon-Type monster. As always, newb, after newb, after newb, after newb, after newb, 4/10

Anyway, on with the card. I can kinda see where you're idea is going.

The pic is overused, and your OCG could use some work.

Add some Special Summoning conditions, change "may" to "can", change "current hand" to just "hand", and "sacrificed" should be "Tributed".

"any of the monsters in your current hand" should be "1 monster in your hand".

 

Since you're new, 7/10.

Don't put attached files next time but since you're new, I'll rate it.

 

6/10 (and I'm a very easy grader)

 

Good picture and everything but the effect has been used before. It's similar to the card "Fusilier Dragon, the Dual-Mode Beast"

Sure I was, but I spent TIME on my cards, and tried to get the best OCG I could. Plus, I didn't do OP'ed Dragon Cards. I have nothing

against this guy, it's just all newbs have it in common.

Wow... rep+ for you! It's true, I agree. Don't expect everyone to be perfect. I mean, I'm disappointed with bad OCG, OP'd, and stuff like that from new members all the time, but you don't insult them and stuff like that.
