This card cannot be summoned except by Synchro Summon. If a monster you control is selected as a target, you can Synchro Summon this card. Halve the ATK of all other monsters you control. Other monsters you control can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. If your opponent activates a card effect, you can tribute monsters you control whose combined ATK & DEF equals 3200 or more to negate that effect and destroy the card. Then, draw 1 card.

 

I saw this picture on another card and I just HAD to make something epic with it. Might be overpowered, but compared to the original Envoys it's downright balanced! Rate / Hate / Get Irate[/align]
