Need help with OCG on "he/she attacks your Life Points instead." Is it right or wrong. Fix it please if it's wrong.

 

 

Lore: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 DARK monster that you control. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. When your opponent declares an attack on this card, he/she attacks your Life Points instead. If your opponent inflicts 2000 or more Battle Damage, draw 2 cards and remove from play 1 card in your Graveyard.

i could be wrong though. it kinda seems OPed though. 1 DARK monster with Special Summon + Can't be Destroyed as a result of battle
