Lore-

If this card is discarded from the hand to the Graveyard by a card effect, roll a six-sided Die. If the result is even, place a Dark Counter on a "Dark World" monster you control. If the result is odd, add this card to your Deck and shuffle your Deck. You can remove a Dark Counter from a monster you control to add it to your hand.

 

Oh, and be aware, the Dark World archtype focuses on

Deck->Graveyard circulation, and more detailed it goes into mainly hand->Graveyard by the use of a card effect. So, it's basically like this: the set is about crowding the field, and eliminating opponent's cards. Why (in this card) you would want to put a Dark World card back to your hand is because then, you can use its effect again or for other varied reasons.

i like dark world's and all but what the heck r u going for here?!? i mean i was with it until i read "You can remove a Dark Counter from a monster you control to add it to your hand." do you mean: "While this Card is in your Deck, you can remove 1 Dark Counter from a face-up Monster you control to add this Card to your Hand from your Deck"

I'm a Dark World lover, and I have to say that I would NOT be using this card in a Dark World deck. You should not have to recycle your cards in a Dark World deck as seeing you should have your opponent beat down by that time. This would be highly ineffective in a long term duel as seeing that you'd be recycling the cards, but running out of ways to discard them.
