:Lore:

During each of your Standby Phases, destroy 1 card you control (this is not optional). This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Summoned by removing from play 2 or more Thunder-Type monsters from your Graveyard. This card gains ATK and DEF equal to half the total ATK and DEF of all Thunder-Type monsters removed from play.[/align]

Any feedback/criticism/likes?

Might want to change this:

During each of your Standby Phases, destroy 1 card you control (this is not optional). This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 2 or more Thunder-Type monsters from your Graveyard. This card gains ATK and DEF equal to half the total ATK and DEF of all Thunder-Type monsters removed from play.

Okay here:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Summoned by removing from play 2 or more Thunder-Type monsters from your Graveyard. This card gains ATK and DEF equal to half the total ATK and DEF of all Thunder-Type monsters removed from play. During each of your Standby Phases, destroy 1 card you control.

I think its suppose to be that, good card

but for the last effect, what if you cant destroy any cards? it maybe should have "If you cannot destroy 1 card you control, destroy this card"

Guest War Torn

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Summoned by removing from play 2 or more Thunder-Type monsters from your Graveyard. This card gains ATK and DEF equal to half the total ATK and DEF of all Thunder-Type monsters removed from play. Once per turn during your Standby Phase, destroy 1 card you control, if you don't destroy this card.

Great card, a few minor fixes. 9.5/10
