Dandelo
Not quite sure if the OCG is right, or if his effect is overpowered. Bear with me. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by offering 1 face-up "Archlord Zerato" on your side of the field while "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is on the field. If "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is on field, you can 1 LIGHT monster from your hand to destroy all monsters on your oppoent's side of the field. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, if your opponent selects a Fairy-Type monster you control as an attack target, gain Life Points equal to the attacking monster's Level x200. Also, if a Fairy-Type monster you control selects a monster on your opponent's side of the field as an attack target, gain Life Points equal to the attacking monster's Level x200. Wuu.
offering = Tributingis on the fielddiscard 1 LIGHT monster? To put it clearly, it's OP'ed. You only pull positives out of this card.
Dandelo
It's basically the original Zerato, who also has no drawbacks, other than Summoning conditions, which aren't hard.
Lexadin
OCG fix: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 face-up "Archlord Zerato" you control while "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is on the field. If "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is on field, you can discard 1 LIGHT monster from your hand to destroy all monsters on your oppoent's side of the field. It is so OP, but its restrictions make it a bit more ballanced. Maybe add the last effect of Archlord Zerato to ballance things out.But why did you call it a Matriarch, you know that its a title for a female? A 7.9/
