I've already saw this pic somewhere but that won't change my judgment ( Think that there's a real card with this image )

OCG:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by having 4 or more "Sword Master monsters with different names in your Graveyard. Once per turn you can negate the activation of an effect monsters effect and destroy it.
