Nice, personally I like it.

 

I find this card hard to summon, like you can imagine. The only real "easy" way to summon it, is to use Future Fusion, which isn't very easy because it is at 1. I can see a use for this in Rituals, were Black Luster Solider can be summoned quite easily but it still leaves the problem of Dark Magician.

 

All in all, the effect is great, but this card is hard to summon and there for, would be obsolete in the meta game, unless some genius pulls of some mega epic deck-type which makes this card the next DAD.

An even funner way to Summon this card would be to Special Summon Dark Magician using Magical Dimension destroy 1 monster your opponent controls via Magicial Dimension. Then Normal Summon The Dark - Hex Sealed Fusion and Summon this card.

 

I hope the first effect of TMEOTD doesn't cancel the Special Summon effect out though.

...the thing is, it's fairly underpowered. You have to remove 2 cards to destroy 2 monsters, which makes sense, but for the same cost, you get Chaos Sorc, which removes from play, and you didn't have to go through the trouble of getting Magician AND Black Luster Soldier. (1 point).

 

Grammar: Looks good, right up until the end. Should read:

"...you can remove 1 DARK and 1 LIGHT monster in your Graveyard from play to destroy up to 2 monsters on the field with less DEF..."

 

Please note that unless you're stating a specific type of monster (e.g., "Effect Monster," "Synchro Monster," etc), the word "monster" does not need to be capitalized. (2 points).

 

Style: It looks cool. It would look cooler with a set and number on the card. The lone dash just sort of detracts from the card's appeal. (2 points).

It's really not hard getting them both out if you use Future Fusion. And I would think most people would remove Magician and BLS to destroy up to 2 monsters with 5500 DEF or less. Which is pretty much all the monsters in the card game. Being able to destroy cards like that straight of the bat, now thats pretty damn powerful and if they use it the way I said thats really easy to pull off.

I didn't really have a set in mind for it seeing as its just a single ... I guess I could make it SINGL EN000 or NEW EN000 something like that.
