I like him, he compliments LightSworns well, but in other decks hes a bit of a dead draw earlier in game. The final effect is a bit OP, if you limited it to destroying monsters, or Spells and Traps it might be less so. Ocg is perfect so far as I can tell. 8.5/10.

No OCG Errors. Great Picture. Just plain awesome.

Great Effect. I love cards that can destroy other cards with their effects xD

The card is balanced as well. Skipping your Draw Phase to use the card destruction,

Remove from play 10 cards in your Graveyard to Special Summon it.

 

This deserves a 10/10
