It's got more attack and the same effect as Stardust' date=' plus it adds Thought Ruler Archfiend's effect, not to mention it's only Level 7.[hr']Also, Ultimate Lancer is Op'd. 3450, piercing, and double attack for only two tributes? Additionally, the controller may be attacked directly if the Earthbound Immortal is the only monsters they control. None of the Earthbound Immortals exceed 3000 ATK, (except Rasca, potentially). They are intended to be a series of trump cards due to their background as incredibly powerful sealed demons or whatever they are. Because your monster can be Normal Summoned without restrictions, it breaks the Rule of 3000. I agree that it can simply be removed through spell/trap/monster effect, but I maintain that without restrictions, this card is simply too powerful.
