For those who don't remember, or just haven't seen the card: Ancient Convoy of the Immortals

Again, not a big fan of the Earthbound Immortals, but i decided to make a support for it. The original images for the cards are from Jazin Kay's Image Archive, but I decided to change it up a bit using Photoshop.
EN000 - Ancient Convoy of the Immortals

Lore: This card cannot be destroyed as a result of battle (Damage Calculation is applied normally). When you draw an "Earthbound Immortal" monster, you can Special Summon it by removing this card you control from play. The Special Summoned "Earthbound Immortal" monster can be designated as a target of an attack for 4 turns and negate its effect for 2 turns. Also, the card cannot attack your opponent directly.
EN001 - Heinous Chariot

]

Lore: Once per turn, you can equip this card to a face-up "Earthbound Immortal" monster you control, OR unequip it and Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position. If the face-up equipped monster is sent from the field to the Graveyard, send all cards on the field to their respective owners Decks, then each player must shuffle them. (A monster can only be equipped with 1 Union monster at a time. If the equipped monster would be destroyed, destroy this card instead.)
EN002 - Elusive Guardian

]

Lore: If a face-up "Earthbound Immortal" Monster that you control is selected as a target for the effect of a Spell and/or Trap Card, you can discard this card from your hand to negate the effect and destroy the card. If this card is sent from your hand to your Graveyard, not by this effect, inflict Battle Damage to your opponent equal to half the ATK of a face-up "Earthbound Immortal" on your side of the field.
EN003 - Bell of the Grim

]

1276004850039481900.jpg

Lore: If this card is used to Tribute Summon an "Earthbound Immortal" Monster, your opponent cannot activate a Spell and/or Trap Card for3 of his/her turns. If this card is in your Graveyard, you can remove it from play to add 1 Spell OR Trap Card from your Deck to your hand.

Bell of the Germs would be banned straight away.

Elusive Guard isn't that much use since people would try to destroy EIs by destroying the field spell.

Heinous Chariot : A level 6 monster equiped to a level 10 monsters. Hard to do.

Ancient Convoy of the Immortals cant be destroyed by battle. It starts to become OP. Then you draw an EI and you summon. But it sais it cant be attacked for 4 turns. Useless unless the EIs effect is negated somehow.

I respectfully accept your critisism, but i have a few comments on that:

1. I can see how "Bell of the Grim" would be banned...I wasn't really thinking when I made the effect :P

2. If "Elusive Guardian" is sent from your hand to the graveyard, not by its own effect, then you could just add another field spell to your hand if your EBI does in fact get destroyed....

3. Yes equipping a lvl 6 to a lvl 10 monster would be a challenge, that's what i was going for; but some people might just use spells or traps to special summon tokens in order to summon at least the "Heinous Chariot"...maybe they might also have the "Ultimate Offering" so they could Normal Summon again...big what if though

4. No...the effect of "Ancient Convoy of the Immortals" says that the EBI can be attacked for 4 turns total, and it's original effect is negated for 2 turns total; so the EBI essentially becomes a high-powered Vanilla Monsters (except for Wiraqocha Rasca bc it's useless without its effect). There is a drawback to this card, so it's not entirely OP'ed
