Dragon™

[align=center]Hello everyone. This card is meant to go with the rest of this set, TDON (The Dragon Onslaught). The set focuses on Piercing Damage and getting opponent's monsters to Defense Position.

Oh, and also, I made a mistake in the actual card lore, so please consult the "Lore-" text underneath the card instead. A big mistake, actually, so READ THE TEXT ON THE BOTTOM.

I'm sure Piercing Damage is not an OCG term :?

This card can only be Normal Summoned if 1 of your Dragon-Type monsters inflicts Battle Damage while attacking a Defense Position monster during the turn before you Summon this card. You can Tribute this card to increase the ATK of a monster you control by 1000.

Other than that the card is descent, creative, nice pic.

9/10

Well done! ^^

Thank you!

Icy is probably wrong, but Cyberdark Horn had the text 'This card inflicts Piercing Damage' (hence 'Piercing Damage') but it's so old and outdated. I just rather'd use that since, people get what it means, to save myself time instead of writing out the whole thing.

Ignoring the OCG errors, (By looking at the card, not the Lore, Seemshow I READ the thread.) I would say it's a good power-up for that extra Umph to your opponent

I think you used the term 'Piercing Damage' quite nicely. There is really no other way of stating what you meant for that effect. Imagine, "You can only Normal Summon this card when a Dragon-Type monster you control attacks a Defense Position monster and Subtracts the monsters DEF from its ATK and inflicts damage." Doesn't that sound terrible? You used it well, bonus points for you!

The only thing is that it has bit powerful stats, Yet again it does have that summoning condition...

A few bugs to work out, but i'm not sure if i can state them. =)

I like it, 13/10 <- You used the term well...

People doing the obvious and OCG-changing Piercing Damage to old wording. He already mentioned what he thought about that. e_e

It's a big 2000 ATK dragon that you can special summon at any time, but only Normal Summon after another Dragon pierces.

Tributing him to pump another Dragon by 1000? Hm. Kind of big, useful in a pinch. It's alright and I'm sure the set makes him more playable.

6/10.

Actually Piercing is an official OCG term, like it was said before on Cyberdark Horn. But back on the Card, there are a few OCG errors but nothing big.I like the idea of a Set that concentrates on dealing Piercing Damage haven't seen one of those lately and it might be a little overpowered since it is that easy to be Summoned and has a Great Effect but anyway, it is purely original which is enough for me to give it a 10/10.

Thanks everyone!

Why dont you change the effect on the card?

Because I thought I had finalized my card so I saved it and added the picture as the PNG format in GIMP then made the holo and the other edits and if I wanted to change it I'd have to do the holo and everything again.

Q/@ - Skyson: Actually, the set does make it more playable. There are no other sets (I think) and only a few combinations that can make a Dragon pierce. In my set, theres a card that makes all cards on the field inflict piercing damage, but I stated it as limited to 1 card per Deck and it's a 5-star.
