The lore should be something like this:

Once per turn (including your opponent's turn), during your _____ Phase, you can select 1 face-up Attack Position monster on the field. Pay an amount of Life Points equal to the selected monster's ATK. Then, inflict damage to both players' Life Points equal to the same amount. If you do not activate this effect, destroy this card.

 

So, you deal some damage to your opponent while you take double the damage not such a good deal if you ask me... :?

The ATK and DEF are too high.

The pic could definitely improve.
