How to customize a graphic?

I'm trying to start my own card company, but I need to know how to make a custom graphic first.

What programs do you use?

One, gimp is very simple. It's not confusing at all.

Two, do you mean a card company in real life, or in a shop?

three, it's illegal to create cards on ycm and sell them in real life, and on ycm, the cards are generated items, so you can't sell them in shops. duhhh.

Well I use GIMP and Paint to make graphics if its confusing then read tutorials these can be found on deviantart, YCM or youtube these are just some examples of where you can find them.

I personally use GIMP and Paint and I have heard of Photoshop. You can also check out some cool graphic tricks in the Graphic Design of the forum.
