Lore: Select 1 Monster card from your hand or on the Field and send it to the Graveyard. You can select 2 Monster cards with equal to or lower levels than the selected monster from your Deck and Special Summon them on the Field. After your Battle Phase is done, send the 2 monsters back into your Deck and shuffle it.

Is it too OP'd? Should I take out the "Your Hand" part or no?

Effect: You pop a monster or pitch one to Summon 2 from the Deck with equal or lower Levels than the dead monster. Unless their total Levels are equal to the sent monster, this card is OP'd. Even so, being able to pitch from the hand also makes this OP'd, because I could drop an 8-star, grab a tuner and another monster, and Synchro for Rawrdust, Red Dragon, etc. Sending them back after the Battle Phase is too late; everyone will grab a Tuner and non-Tuner and Synchro. (2 points).

Grammar: Don't capitalize field. If you say "Monster Card(s)," both words need to be capitalized, or just use "monsters." Also, say "At the end of the Battle Phase, return..." etc. (2 point).

Style: Picture was kind of meh. That's about it, everything else was run-of-the-mill. (2 points).

Overall: 6/10
