Anoma sighed as once again, he was ignored. He was very tempted to kick her in the foot, but knew what she would do to him. He sighed and signalled for everyone to climb aboard the boat. He winked at Emily when she walked past, and sighed as everyone else walked past. Siol tried to smile at him when he walked past, but Anoma just rolled his eyes. When siol reached the actual boat, he was shocked at how finely decorated it was. It was huge! The sides were miles apart from each other, and each of the doors were large Oak doors. Siol walked to the side and gazed into the endless sea, smelling the salty sea air.

Gin simply sat alone at the front of the boat closing his eyes. "This will be a long trip." He sighed as he crossed his legs andsetting his bag down to the side. "I might as well meditate." He began to focus on his meditating quietly, as he did his body began to slightly glow a dull blue. Deep inside his mind he began to think I must get stronger... He let out small controled breaths so he could stay focused. Finally his body began to lightly float off the ground, signalling he had reached a state of pure focus.

Raico simply overlooked the other "students" and scoffed, hoping the ship would begin already, The faster they left the quicker he could begin training over this all mighty woman's eye. However there were already people he disliked, namely the girl Emily and everyone who seemed to be infatuated with her, for the simple reason that she seemed to be quite presumptuous about her own abilities, whether it was true or not he simply smelled it on her, how he did is unknown.

Celia look over at everyone and greeted them as they walked onto the boat. When the last person got on the boat, she walked back on the boat. She raised the gangplank and told the crew to set sail. While the crew was doing so, Celia walked over to her nephew. Celia looked at Anoma and said, "Sorry about that nephew. I was greeting and talking to the new people. You should really not be so jealous. After all, your family."

 

Tiberius and Jet walked over towards the front of the boat. Tiberius took in a deep breath and exhaled. He looked at Jet and began talking to Jet in wolf language. "So how are you feeling? Feeling okay Jet?" "I'm okay Tiberius-kun." Jet said. "This boat is great. Never been on a boat before." "Neither have I," Tiberius said chuckling. "Guess this is a first for both of us." Tiberius then turned and looked of into the sea. Then Tiberius nodded at Jet and they both howled.

He growled lightly hearing them speak. He slowly fell down to the ground with a loud thud. "D*** it.. can't a guy get some concentration around here?" He slowly stood up dusting himself off as he slowly walked towards the back of the ship. "I need to find a place to concentrate..." He grumbled loudly as he reached the back finally. "Okay.. maybe here I can concentrate."

He sighed sitting on the back railing. "Okay..."

Emily nodded after Celia accepted her into the school. She felt things were going pretty well until Anoma walked by, a bit frustrated that she didn't answer his question. What problem did he have with my answer? I told him whom I was... Emily thought to herself, not recalling that he was asking about her power before the thugs interrupted her. She followed Anoma up onto the boat, intent on getting an answer from him.

 

Once actually on the boat the first thing Emily felt was a scornful glare. She felt it only for a moment, but it was clear that someone on the boat didn't like her. She let it slide and continued to Anoma, who was speaking with Celia. There, she learned that the two were family, and while interesting, she was here for a different reason.

 

"Hello. You are Anoma, correct? I have to..." Emily began, when two loud howls resonated through the ship. "...What was that?" she asked, once again changing her focus to something else.

Raico had been looking at the dock, it seemed no one was going to see them off, people had other things to do with their lives, everyone always did, sometimes they were too busy for simple things, like remembering dates or appointments, other times people forgot more important things, such as the fact that they have a child that needs them......

 

He shook his head, thinking too much was a problem of his sometimes, and to alleviate that he at times would simply look back at everyone else and remind himself how much he hated everyone around himself. That always made him feel better.

"Yes, I'm Anoma. Celia is my Aunt." Anoma said, answering Emily's question. "That's them over there, that boy and the wolf." Anoma added, pointing at the two in question. He sighed and walked over to the railing, next to Emily but away from Celia. "Those two seem to be good friends. I've never had that." He explained, looking back at the fast disappearing port city. "It's the fame of Celia. She always out shines me, always has to have me nearby to prove that it runs in the family, and never lets me mingle. I just wish I had the freedom of normal people." He sighed, flicking his wrist subconciously so that a ball of water floated onto his hand. "You never answered my question." He said, turning his attention away from the ball. "What is your power?"

 

Siol was just about to explore below deck on the ship, when Tiberius and his wolf started howling. He sighed and walked over to them, standing next to them. "That aint gunna make you very popular y'know." He said, looking towards Tiberius. "People will expect the wolf to do it, but it's gunna make you like an outcast if you keep on howlin'." Siol said, politely. He stepped forward a bit to pat the wolf on the head. The wolf seemed hesitant at first, but seemed to enjoy the patting. "He's a good wolf, not like the wild one's you find on mountains."

"You wanted to know about my 'power'?" Emily asked in response. "I do not believe that power is the correct word for it, for it has caused me problems ever since they were awakened." She drew one of her swords, Royal Flame with her right hand, and held it lengthwise between Anoma and herself. Without warning, the blade caught on fire, although the sword's metal did not melt, and the flames themselves were not as chaotic as one expects fire to be. Rather, the flames were burning in a more orderly fashion, and did not spread elsewhere by mistake.

 

"Tell me, are swords supposed to normally catch on fire without cause?"

"Well, I have to say that's interesting to look at." Raico said as he was viewing everyone from the edge of the ship, of course he needed to learn about the other students, especially if he planned on defeating them all if the time ever came, he himself wouldn't ask what their powers are, but he knew there would be at least one person to ask who would show their powers, and now he had the luck of finding out at least 2. Ïf only all people were that stupid...oh wait, they are.

Tiberius looked at Siol and laughed. "I guess you don't know the mountain wolves very well then," Tiberius says as he mildly chuckles. "His name is Jet by the way. And the reason I howl is because I am apart of Jet's Tribe of wolves. I have been ever since I was a boy. Jet has been my friend for as long as I remember." Tiberius leans over to Jet and rubs his back. "He is my best friend. Besides, I don't mind if people think I'm weird. I mean come on, I was raised by wolves. You don't get any weirder than that." Tiberius then holds out his hand to shake Siol's hand.

 

Celia saw a conflict brewing between Emily and Raico coming. Those two are going to be trouble. Celia Thought in her mind. "If you all will excuse me, I must talk to the captain of the ship. We should be there within 10 minutes." Celia said. She left the students to mingle as she went into the captains hub. They were 8 minutes till they saw land.

After a few minutes of focus Gin stood up and sighed. "Ten minutes... I guess I can train while I wait." He possitioned his legs shoudler length apart and turned to the side. He slightly crouched down bending his left down to about stomach leven then held his right arm out. "Okay.." He quickly jumped up raising his knee before sending a quick barage of punckes and kicks to nothing, but air. After about 5 minutes of intense training he fell to his knees breathing heavily. "Dang..." He shook lightly before slowly standing up and shaking it off. "Alright... time for round two." He jumped up and continued to train heavily. "AH!"

Celia saw her home Island and was very comfortable. Finally, Celia thought. I am home. Celia then turn to the captain of the ship. "Captain, Please dock this boat in dock one." "Right away ma'am," The captain said in a grouchy voice. Celia moved to the docking bay of the boat and proceeded to signal the docking crew. Out of nowhere a twelve man crew appeared and got everything ready. When the landing gear was in place Celia took a step off onto her Island. "Welcome, Lady and gentlemen, To my Island."

 

Tiberius looked at the Island in awe. The main Mansion was 4 stories tall. It was made of Silver and Gold intertwining, so it had a abstract effect. The grounds were huge at least 45 square acres of land. There was several Kung-fu pits, a exercise yard, a track, and another building. Tiberius was confused however, as the other building was black and had a eerie flow to it. Whatever we do in that building won't be good, Tiberius thought to himself as he walked down. He looked at Jet, who was smiling at all the free room he had to relax.

 

"Welcome Mon!" Said a black man with long dreads and gold in his teeth. "To Miss Celia's Island. We hope you have a supernatural wonderful time with training." Eddie did some dance steps, which made Tiberius, Jet, and Celia all laugh.

As the boat went to dock, Emily dissipated the flames and sheathed the sword. The island was grand for sure, probably the most ornate training grounds she ever saw. Her eyes were particularly drawn to the mansion which seemed to house the living spaces. Lord Tanarn said he found out about the island due to many materials just 'vanishing'. At least it is being but to good use, Emily thought to herself.

 

Then Emily met the man who greeted the students at the island. She had met a few black people before, but this one was just... odd. She originally thought it was just mere culture differences... until he suddenly started to dance. Tiberius and Celia seemed to understand, but Emily was worried.

 

"Are you well?" Emily asked, walking up to the man in the dreads and examining his face. "If you are having muscle pains, you should lay down."

at the odd spectacle that Emily had brought forth, Raico could not help but burst out laughing "bwahahaha, okay, now that has to be a joke on you're part woman, have you never heard of dancing?" he said with incessant laughter literally holding his stomach from the pain of laughing so much. "What kind of sheltered life have you been living?" he stated as he started walking away from the group for a while, only for the Guards to direct him back, by then he had composed himself.

 

He had straightened his back and managed to compose himself but of course, by custom, he would have to apologize, he scoffed at the idea but did so anyway. "Looks like I have to apologize to you cultural ignorance...." to him, that was as sincere as it could get.

"What ya talkin bout mon?" Eddie says while doing his dance. "I'm welcoming y'all to the Island mon. Everyone needs a good welcoming." And with that, Eddie went right back to his dance. Celia looked at Emily and said," This is Eddie, my most trusted Adviser. Sure he can be a little weird, but that is his family tradition." Celia then points back over to Tiberius and says,"Though it looks like he has made an new friend in Tiberius."

 

Tiberius was smiling at Eddie and asked," Hey Eddie could you teach me that dance?" "Sure Mon," Eddie said smiling at the fact someone besides Celia wanted to learn something new. And sure enough the two were dancing right away. Tiberius moved much more gracefully then Eddie, but they didn't care, cause they were having fun.

"I - I was surprised, that was all. I know what dancing is, of course," Emily said, blushing as Raico wandered off laughing. The whole situation caught her off guard, and she found herself wanting to retreat back into her shell, although she made it a point to converse with others more often. Eddie and Celia cleared up the situation, though. Apparently it *was* a cultural tradition. "I am not sure if I can get used to welcoming guests with a dance..." she said in response.

 

While Eddie and Tiberius started dancing together, Raico returned, apologizing for some reason, if you could call that an apology. She thought about saying something snide to say in response, but held back. I am representing Lord Tanarn here; I will keep my composure, Emily thought to herself.

 

"It no longer matters," Emily replied to Raico. "I was indeed ignorant of his cultural traditions so there is no need for you to apologize." Emily's gaze turned downward as she continued speaking. "However, please refrain from laughing my lack of knowledge," she said, with her voice becoming quieter. "It - It frustrates me when my concern is mocked as foolishness."

"well it's good to know that you understand your fallacies." he responded as he watched her look away and noticed her tone silence itself. "Concern, eh? well here I thought it was an act...but I guess one can really have such problems....." he stopped talking as it seemed she was having trouble just looking at him.

 

"hmph, an enemy that can't even look me in the face.....how boring....but still why do I have a feeling she will still be the most bothersome?" he watched as Tiberius and the one called Eddie started dancing, and while it should have been a joyous occasion of happiness, Raico felt himself hating them all a little bit.

 

"Personally I thought this was a school for fighting, not dancing, it may be your tradition but is this really necessary?" he asked in a very annoyed tone, he could neither move away or stand this any longer, so he sat down and simply growled like an angry kid.

Gin slowly walked off the ship with dufflebag in hand. He shrugged as saw the people dancing before laughing lightly. He made his way past everyone to a small patch of grass near what looked like a training area. "Hm.." He looked up at the sky and tought to himself. I promise... I will make you all proud. He sat his dufflebag down then sat on the ground sighing. "I am getting tired of having to do all this...." A few tears rolled down his cheeks. "I need no friends.." He wiped the tears away before standing up. He grumbled as he looked at the sky. "Maybe I should practice that move.."

Celia stopped laughing after 2 minutes. "I'm sorry," Celia says as she talks to the group. "It's just that Eddie is so funny. Eddie, will you be a dear and take any bags to their rooms?" "Yes ma'am" Eddie says as he snaps his finger and many attendants appear to take any luggage. "Now," Celia begins as she looks at her watch. It's around 2:00. "Does anyone want to start the training now? Or do you guys want to relax for today and explore the Island? If it is the second option, dinner will be at 6:30 sharp."

 

Tiberius stop dancing after Eddie started doing his job. This Island was huge. He wanted to explore it, but he didn't want to miss out on the teachings. He decided it would be on the group with the most votes. Hopefully it will be the training one.

"If it is possible, I would like to begin training immediately," Emily said, stepping forward. Once Celia offered to start the training, Emily's eyes were transfixed on her. "I must become stronger and master my technique."

 

One of the attendants came and attempted to take Emily's bags, but she yanked the bag away as he reached for it and glared at him. "I will be the one to carry my bag," she said angrily. While she was sure he only wanted to be courteous, she *had* to keep carrying the travel bag. It was a part of her training, after all.

"Alright, Anyone else want to start training?" Celia asks. Tiberius looks at her and says, "I'm game for some training. I need get ready to eat tonight." Celia chuckles and says " Okay please follow me to the training area." Celia begins walking to the training area and Tiberius and the rest follow. Tiberius notice that the sign above says "Training Area 1: Fighting Grounds." The students look around and see a small arena-like pit. Celia stood in the middle of the pit. "Gather round students." Once all the students sat Celia began talking.

"Alright, this is how training will work for the rest of the time you are here." Celia began. "6am, you get up for your morning run. you will run for half hour. Afterwards, you go to breakfast, which will last until 7:30. At 8:00 till 9:30, will be classroom. From 9:30 till 12:00, Fight training. 12-1, there will be lunch on the grounds. From 1pm to 2:30, We shall work on your fighting technique. I will be teaching you my fight style that I have learned over the years. From 2:30-6:00, will be more fight training, at the end of which, you shall run some more. Dinner will be served at 6:30 sharp. From 7 till 10, is free time for you all unless I say otherwise. Any questions?" Celia looked around at her students.

Ï have no problem with beginning training now, in fact I'd prefer it, I can explore this island when I'm tired and need some rest. "Once all was said and done he proceeded to follow the group to the first fighting pit, where Celia began explaining the different times they would be training through, he rather liked the schedule, it seemed she was being generous with time and the "free time" could be seen as more time to train, or to explore the island if he ever felt like it. "No questions from me, I'm good."

Gin sat there at the edge of one of the pits. "Hm..." He looked up at the sky sighing. "Maybe one day... I will be strong..." He began to do sit ups quickly speaking to himself. "I am going to make my physical body strong first... Then my mental..." He kept doing sit-up over and over. "Come on!" He spun over and began to do push - ups. "Yes! Got to keep going!" He starts to push himself up off the ground loudly grunting each tome he does. "COME ON! GOT TO GO!!!"

"Fine with me" John said. He had been quiet the entire trip.All he was doing was playing around with elements. On the ship, he had managed to create small amounts of water by making two of his fingers hydrogen, and one oxygen. He still needed a way to create large amounts of water for it to be useful though. He saw another person start working out, and just stared at him, wondering what he was doing. John looked back to Celia to listen to what she was saying.
