Celia's School For The Gifted Fighters [Advanced] [Not Accepting] [Started]

Celia was looking back and forth at her students. Tiberius and Raico was listening actively, but most were not focusing on her. Celia decided to make things a little interesting. "So," Celia began, "We will start by allowing me to look at your skill by way of a little skirmish. Does anyone feel like going first in fighting?" Celia looks at Raico and Emily. Those 2 want to get at each so badly. If I make them fight now, It should be a sight to behold. Celia thought.

 

Tiberius followed where Celia was looking and found himself looking into Emily's eyes. Blushing, he looked away quickly. Then Tiberius looked at Raico. He looked so calm and collected. He must be a great fighter. Maybe I'll challenge him during a training Session. Tiberius thought. Tiberius then looked down at Jet, Scratching his fur.

Gin slowly started to stand up, struggling he slowly fully arose from the ground shaking violently. He let out a loud yelp as he collapsed onto the ground. His body was obviously strained from his long workout. "D-Da.." He felt everything becoming numb as he whited out.

 

After a few minutes he felt his body straining increase making him scream out in excrusiating pain ."AH!!!" He lays there in extreme pain. "It hurts!" He struggled as he forced his own body to move towards everyone.

Raico cracked his neck, "well if any of you are man enough I'm completely ready to do this..." He stepped forward and looks at his weapons. "So the question really is, what are we allowed? I wouldn't want to have any unfair advantages, I kid of course, I'm sure whoever stands against me will be quite a challenge." He looks back at those standing by, those his sights were on the girl, and for some reason, the boy named Tiberius as well.

Celia walks towards Raico and says, "The rules of Kombat are simple. First there are no weapons. At least for right now. I will be teaching those techniques later down the line. Next, this will be a 30 minute bout, though I really doubt you'll last the 30 minutes. You can use your powers if you wish, though we have a hospital wing should you, mess up. No punches or kicks below the belt, but foot sweeping is still legal. To win this fight, the opponent must either be knocked out or I shall stop the fight when I deem it necessary. Any Questions?"

 

Tiberius looked at Celia and shook his head. He followed the Kombat rules ever since master Chen had taught him them. He wanted to to fight Raico so bad, but he knew that Emily might want to fight him first. If she didn't, however, Tiberius would step up to bat.

Gin stood there barely able to move. "I... will fight you.." Standing there his body was extremely pale and his eyes were much more dull then before. "I want a chance... to fight." He struggled to stand there watching him, while walking towards him past everyone else.

 

After a moment at looking at Raico he cracked his knuckles, gaining all of his strength back. "I want the first shot..." He crossed his arms looking at Raico as if nothing was going on.

Emily unfastened the sword sheaths from her outfit after hesitating a bit; her training was in swordplay, with hand-to-hand combat simply being a last resort if she had no blades to use. Still, it wouldn't hurt to practice, she thought.

 

Even after working up the courage to fight unarmed from the get-go, she was already preempted by another student. This one seemed hesitant, until he looked at his opponent, when he suddenly became full of life. She found him odd in that regard, though after he spoke, she came up with an idea.

 

"Surely there can be more than one sparring session going on at once, correct? If so, I am willing to try my hand at this 'Kombat' right now."

Celia watched as the boy straighten up and became ready to fight Raico. When Gin is properly trained he shall be a great fighter. Celia thought in here mind. "Alright then," Celia said. "Raico and Gin Shall be the first Kombatant in Circle A." Celia then turned to Emily. "But of Course my student. I wouldn't dream of leaving any student out." Celia then looked over towards Tiberius and said," Would you mind fighting her Tiberius?" I have a feeling that for you it should be interesting."

 

"Yes Master," Tiberius said. To be quite honest, Tiberius was nervous. He didn't want to hurt her but she was a opponent. Plus, He was interested in her fighting style. So, his all to characteristic smile came into view. So Celia pointed to Circle B, and they both walked into it. Tiberius, Always formal, Bowed to his sensei and then to his a opponent. This was a sign to both the master and the opponent saying, 'I respect you.'

 

Tiberius smiled and said, "Emily, I am happy for this challenge. It is a opportunity to Fight someone good." With that Tiberius got into his Nan Chaun Stance and waited for Celia to Start the fight.

Emily entered the circle and returned Tiberius' bow. As Tiberius entered his stance Emily reflexively reached for her blades, forgetting she left them outside of the ring so she wouldn't be tempted to use them. Sighing, she relaxed her body, and raised her arms in a cross formation in front of her body, keeping her palms opened.

 

"I am more skilled with blades, but I hope I do not betray your expectations. I expect you will fight your hardest, as well." Her voice was still filled with confidence and authority, though this time, a small smile could be seen on her face as she spoke. "I am ready."

"I'd like to ask what the hell just happened...but to be honest I barely care....from what I see you restored your own strength...I have to say that's quite an interesting ability....it must be a huge strain on you cells..." he took off his pendant as even that could be considered a weapon in his hands, but found himself at a disadvantage, he specialized in weapons that he could create, but of course that wasn't going to stop him from having his fun, no doubt about it he was still very good at close combat. "You want the first hit....go ahead..." He stood there with his arms crossed as well....and this had turned into a match of wits, of course Raico was looking around the areas where he could be attacked from to make sure everything could be put in his favor.

"Don't worry," Tiberius said with his characteristic smile on his face. "You won't disappoint me." Jet barked at him and Tiberius waved at him and then settled back into his stance. Celia looked at both circles. This will prove to be interesting. Celia thought as she raised her hand in the air. "If you are ready," Celia begins as she brings her arm down. "Fight!"

Tiberius heard Celia's words as he began circling his opponent, something he learned from the wolves. Tiberius made a serene smile and then he went on the offensive. Tiberius started with a simple combo. Tiberius tried two quick jabs and then a palm to the chest region. He finished the combo with a sweep kick. Let's see how good she is. Tiberius thought as he attacked.
