Testing new effect idea... tell me if it's OP'd

Pic, name, and OCG don't matter, just concentrate on and rate the effect.

I'm trying out a new effect idea that might be OP'd so comments are greatly appreciated. If you can't understand the effect due to poor OCG (probably will happen), tell me why and how, and I will post a version with clarifications. You could also post a new idea for a pic, I know it doesn't make sense, but I had to put SOMETHING at least :?

imagine finally beating a FGD only to find out another monster with the same stats is there

also OCG errors

It is over powered and the OCG errors abound... Sorry, but it's not even I really good card idea in the first place.

The fact that you remove from play an opponent's monster at no cost makes it OP'd right there, and the second effect can make it severely abusable as this card does not have the drawbacks really strong monsters do that balance their effects.

What 2500ATK 3000DEF?

Should be 3 Tributes, add ATK and then divided by 3 and add DEF and then divided by 3

 

For example

if they Had Time Wizard, Dark Magician and Skilled Dark Magician (HOGWARTS) the ATK would roughly be... 1600 and the DEF would roughly be... 1500
