Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except when you have 2000 or lower life points. When the effect of a Spell, Trap, or Effect Monster is activated, you can negate the activation and effect of that card, and destroy it. When your opponent's monster declares a attack the attacking monster's ATK and DEF become 0. Destroy this card on your opponent's third End Phase after this card Special Summoned. When this card is destroy you lose the Match.
