Boring, but simple. The picture is nice, but nothing special. So

Or something like that. This kind of effect I don't know how to fix, so wait for someone else who knows OCG.

he probably mean, flip 1 face-down monster your opponent control, then return to its original position, no flip effect is activated when the card is flipped face-up. something like that.

 

go to wikia and search The Stern Mystic. it has the same effect, just a bit different.

Just to clarify I meant that it would let you see the face-down card not flip it over. the difference is that flip effects, spells, and traps wouldn't be activated

Yeah, well 1, "The Stern Mystic" has pretty old OCG. And the effect's are different. Plus the ocg is off on the card.
