3 new Elementali monster

Elementali is currently my first and main set, and it is far from complete, but here are 2 new monster with 1 older monster, and both small monster are support for the big monster

Each time a card effect is activated, change the attribute of 1 face-up monster.

 

The name of the card is incan, just like Inti and Quila, and means Creator of Worlds, and is a Inca God, but just like Inti And Quila not designed as Divine cards

This card cannot be Special Summoned. Once per turn you can change the attribute of this monster. Each time this card attribute is changed place 1 Attribute Counter on this card (max 9). Apply all effects based on the Attribute Counters on this card. * 1-3 This card cannot be destroyed or targeted by Spell Cards. * 4-6 This card cannot be destroyed or targeted by Trap Cards. * 7-9 This card cannot be removed from play. When this card is destroyed remove 1 Attribute Counter instead. This card gains 500 ATK and DEF for each Attribute Counter on this card.

Once per turn you can change the attribute of this card. Every time this monster attribute is changed place 1 Attribute Counter on this card. This card level is equal the Attribute Counters on this card. This card's ATK and DEF are equal to its Level x400. If this card is destroyed remove 1 Attribute Counter to negate its destruction. You can tribute this monster or more to summon 1 Monster with the same attribute as this monster from your hand, reduce that monster Level equal this monsters Level.

it is a Q,

i already got an entire series about them, Where changing attributes activates effects

the big monsters are like monarchs, which need 2 monsters of the same attribute to activate effect, they got 3 effects, every effect based on an attribute that monster currently has.

 

But how can i lower Neoli then? it basicly only lowers monsters level in my hand.

Ill lower the atk/def boost, and increase the counter number to 12 so range will be four
