[JayJack Original] Exciting Archetype Rivalry Project [10/??] *TWO NEW CARDS ADDED*

This set is between 2 rival archetypes; The Mephistoes and the Seraphs. One is DARK the other is LIGHT. It gets more interesting as the set evolves. Btw, the names of the monsters are Chinese (Mephisto) vs Japanese (Seraph) to make it more interesting. No pun intended.

My thoughts on the ideals of both sets is: The Seraphs will control the removed from play pile and abuse that effect. They will also have many swarming capabilities in the future.

The Mephistoes control the Graveyard. They actually feed off it. Also, some have dice potential power.

As you can see, 1 side controls the graveyard, the other controls the removed from play file. Tell me what you guys think.

New Card for Mephisto Archetype.

New Card for Seraph Archetype.

2 new Synchros for both Archetypes.

1 new card added to Seraph Archetype and organized the Archetypes

1 new card added for Mephisto Archetype. This one has a unique effect ;)

Update: 2 cards added. 1 Mephisto Trap and 1 Seraph Spell.

Pic on the first one doesn't match the attribute.

Pics are amazing, though.

Gold Borders and Rares look like cheese to me.

1st one has a Dragunity/Cyberdark feel to it.

The fact that the second one is a Tuner is OPed.

Honest>Discards>Special Summon this>Normal Summon some Level 4 or get out Tricky>Over 3000 ATK monster.

And you got a beatstick before, and it still stands.

The fact you can Synchro multiple times with this is great.

Normal Summon Seraph Golden Tori.

Special Summon Jester Confit.

Synchro.

Activate Golden Tori's effect.

Remove previously used Golden Tori.

Special Summon it.

Go for Level 7.

Nuke the field with BRD.

Special Summon Tori.

Attack for -800.

Or Special Summon some dick to Synchro into and ram into them again.

Well, Mephisto are all DARK (like BW), so it has to be dark.

Tori can only be special summoned from hand soo.. can't really use it's effect much. you got some strategy there O.o

Eh, I'm more of a Yugioh TCG/Your Deck person than a Realistic Cards person, that's why.

I noticed that Mephisto are all DARK, but I was just saying it didn't look much of a DARK but more of a WATER to me.

But hell, its just my opinion, I study card appearances sometmes.

Lets see...No OCG is perfect (IMO,might be like 1 thing that I missed)

Mephisto War Niao. Great picture.

Love the effect. Sending a monster to the grave as a drawback can support the archetype.

And also have some fuel for maybe a DAD. Like what you did with the equip part.

The drawback for the Synchro monster that gets summoned is great too. 9.8/10

Mepshito Ji Ren Genie. ANOTHER GREAT PICTURE. One of my fav's out of the cards so far.

Great first effect. Having a 50/50 chance to search a monster from your deck.

I like how the drawback isn't really a drawback. It benefits the deck since the archetype relies on the Grave.

Like the burn damage it can give too. 9.9/10

Seraph Golden Tori. I swear where do you get theses pics xD

Great effect. How it can be quickly special summoned onto the field.

The remove from play part benefits the archetype like I said about the 2 cards above.

Love how the summoned monster gets a boost. Maybe to big of a boost =O

Synchro a Level 7 = +1400 ATK. Maybe instead make it x100? 9.5/10

Seraph Ryu Baslisk. Yet another great pic...

Great stats that make it balanced. Kinda reminds me of that LS Wulf monster.

The piercing thing is another bonus effect to the card. 9.7/10

So far I give:

Mephistos - 9.9/10

Seraph - 9.8/10

Both Archetypes in All - 10/10

Can't wait to see more of these cards! :D And more astounding pictures!

Mephisto Dark Jintou. IMO doesn't look like it would be in the Mephisto archetype, but a great pic.

I like how it is a growing beatstick. Use 2 monsters to synchro it it's already at 2400.

But that still kinda poor stats for a Level 8. Maybe make it x300 instead of x200? That's just MO though.

More dice rolling I see. I like how it has potential to be a bouncer and fill up the grave.

Filling up the grave can help the archetype and cards outside of the YCM.

DAD for example. Think of all the card's DAD has to use for it's effect to destroy a card. 9.9/10

Seraph Seishin Blaze Dragon. Looks EXACTLY like Tori and Basilisk were the Synchro Material Monsters.

Level 9 eh? Seems a bit high. I'd suggest making it a Level 8. But 9 fits perfectly for some reason.

A quick summon when it gets Synchro Summoned? Sure. Great first effect.

Battle Damage+Burn Damage for the number of RFP Seraphs? Makes the card even better!

Indestructibility during your opponents turn as a costs that benefits? Pretty great and somewhat balanced. 10/10

Effect(s): They all go well together, and there's a sense of synergy between each set. (3 points).

Grammar: Looked good all around. No glaring or discernible errors. (3 points).

Style: Amazing pics. Plus you went above and beyond with gold borders and lettering that actually look good. (3 points) (+1 bonus)

Overall: (Can't believe I'm giving this out) 10/10

Like how you reorganized it. Forgot to put (1) for the Seraph Synchros though xP

Seraph the Exalted Enzeru. Yet another great picture.

Decent drawback for the first effect to summon the card as soon as it's removed from play.

Second effect seems pretty balanced. With all the swarming and all, could gain a decent amount.

But IMO,x500 might be a bit to high. I'd make it maybe x400. But that's your choice.

Third effect is the one I like the most. Tribute a "Seraph" to destroy a monster and burn your opponent?

Great ways to gain LP and burn LP with this card. 9.9/10

Oh ya, nice catch. And the burn and destroy effect compensates for it's low stats. Plus, I thought it would be good since it doesn't necessarily have to be removed by the effect of a "Seraph" monster, so you can use Golden Sarcophagus to quickly special summon it with a minor cost.

1 new card for Mephisto added.

Btw here's my future plans:

-I'm going to add an Assault mode for the Blaze Dragon soon. I found a really good image that fits it.

-Planning to add more Spells/Traps. Possibly a Field Spell.

-Also, I've made a few more cards including 1 more Synchro. I'll post them when time is ready.

Mephisto Vicious Sigui. A pretty cool picture.

NORMAL SUMMONING FROM THE GRAVE!?!??! That just dodged a bullet (Royal Oppression).

I kinda like that effect. Even though you still have Torrential and BTH to worry about.

That second effect is quite a good one. Protects your Graveyard from your opponent.

No more worrying about those D.D Crows and those Kycoo's now amirite? 9.9/10

Will of Mephisto. Really nice picture for a trap card.

Needs a certain amount of Mephisto's in the grave as the condition. Good drawback.

Destroy ALL cards your opponent controls? Pretty great right there. I <3 card destruction.

NOW BURN DAMAGE TOO!?!? Love it. Just. Love. It. 10/10 For Sure!!!

Serpah Counterstrike. Dang that is a lovely looking picture.

YAY MORE CARD DESTRUCTION!!! Seeing 1 card for every 3 RFP Serpah,I'm guessing that...

Seraph's are going to get RFP very easily further on in the archetype. Good for me :)

Gaining Life Points x700? I really like it. Life Points gaining always helps out.

Last effect is pretty good as well. Get Seraph cards to the RFP,recycle a great card.

Say you RFP 5 Seraphs, and you already had 3 RFP (8 in all). Use it again...

Destroy 2 cards and gain 1400 Life Points. Purely awesome. 10/10

I swear this is the most 10/10's I've ever given an archetype.

Mainly because more then 80% I can't find something to give a rate below that.
