Effect:

As long as both Players Spell & Trap Card Zones are treated as Monster Card Zones, and a monster(s) in your Spell & Trap Card Zone(s) cannot be attacked unless your Monster Card Zone(s) are unoccupied. No spells or traps can be set or activated as long as this card remains on the field.

 

I know it's just slight modification of that one "The Seal of Orichalcos" effect from the anime but I made it more entertaining by allowing both players use it.

This card is... I guess OK? Maybe a little Op'd.

Here is the proper OCG

 

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, both player's Spell & Trap Card Zones are treated as Monster Card Zones. Also, monsters placed in the Spell & Trap Card Zone cannot be selected as an attack target unless their owner's Monster Card Zones are unoccupied. Spell & Trap Cards cannot be Set or activated and all Spell & Trap Cards on the field are destroyed after activating this card's effect.

 

I don't know if that's exactly right, but it helped a little!

I think it should remain as a Field Spell. With it's effect would you really like to place monsters in the Field Spell area? It just seems better as a Field Spell and I see where the creator is coming from. Also your OCG is incorrect due to the fact that the creator intended it to be used by both players. :P
