This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 Level 2 or lower Machine-Type monster you control. When this card is Summoned, destroy 1 card your opponent control. All Machine-Type monsters gains 200 ATK and DEF. If this card attacks, increase the ATK of this card by 500, until the End of the Damage Step only. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, Machine-Type monsters cannot be destroyed by battle (except this card). If a Machine-Type monster you control would be destroyed by a card effect, you can reduce this cards ATK by 200 instead. If this cards ATK reaches 800 or lower due to this cards effect, destroy this card and 1 monster your opponent control.

nice card 7/10 effect is too long for what it does, but its cool

How can an effect be too long? This cards effect is not too long since it support machines in different ways

its also overpowered, it can destroy 2 cards with its effect plus gives extra atk to other monsters PLUS gets more damage

It cant destroy 2 cards with it's effect.

 

It is easy to destroy since your opponent can only attack this card as long as its on the field. And it has an effect that you can negate the attack of a monster your opponent controls to negate the attack of an opponents monster. But then it loses 200 ATK. And when this cards ATK becomes 800 it is destroyed and 1 monster your opponent control is also destroyed. How is that OPed?

Well, normally a monster, especially a level 4 or lower monster, has 1 or 2 effects. Rarely 3 or 4. This card has beyond 4 effects. It really gets confusing and not all the effects are necessary. If you would reduce the effects to 4 or possibly 3, it would fix this problem.
