yus4eel Posted June 13, 2010 Report Share Posted June 13, 2010 first off post the effect cuz itss really hard to readill just makee u a fixed effect 1 "Blue Lightning Dragon" + 1 or more non-tuner monsters.When this card is Synchro Summoned, you may Special Summon up to 2 "Blue Lightning Magicians" from your hand or Deck onto your side of the Field. Increase the ATK of this card by 500 for every "Blue Lightning Magician" on your side of the Field. and this card is oped, i mean this card can have above 4000 Atk5/10 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
