Fixed: This card can be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by send 2 Tuner-Type monsters that you control to the Graveyard(Do not use "Polymerization" to Summon this card). Once per turn, during the End Phase you may activate one of the following effects

* Decrease the Level of 1 monster card you control by 1.

* Change the attribute of 1 of your controled monsters to another attribute.
