Honestly, i rlly dont think any cards or over power expect for when they say they cant be targeted by card effects, becouse honestly? u could just bottemless this guy, or use ciaus and remove him from play lol

first off u can destroy all opponents monsters = overpowered

and then being able to destroy all monsters that are face up once per-turn = wayyy overpowered

That's true, but the card itself is OP'ed. Almost any card can be destroyed through bottomless or caius - JD, DAD - they'd all get killed

 

Maybe you should create an original effect for this card, as all the effects (except the destroy all your opponent's monsters one) are all taken directly from the fusion-material monsters. Create an effect that fits this guy that doesn't just "quote" other cards.

 

But, for a new member, it's not ridiculous, so 6.5/10
