I'd make the summon condition something to do with LV10 and only LV10, and either abolish the effect's cost or make it destroy all spells & traps too. The Pic is meh and the ATK should be at least lowered to 3200 Since it has that much of a powerful effect and only needs 3 Armed Dragons to be tributed of any Level.6/10.
