I think the last sentence have ocg errors, but I cant fix them. The pic isn't good imo but other than that ok card. I give this card a 8/10 cause the pic isn't good. Change the pic to a better one and I give this 8.5/10

Effect: Pretty cut-and-dry. It's a Monarch, and it functions very similarly to Kuraz. Too similar, in fact. (2 points).

 

Grammar: Here's a fix.

 

"When this card is Summoned, you can remove up to 3 cards on the field from play. For each card removed this way, each player draws 1 card. During your next Standby Phase, return the cards removed by this card's effect to the field in the same position they were in when this card was Summoned."

 

That should do it. The last sentence is weird because your wording allows for Spells and Traps to be returned. You might want to exclude those, as game mechanics would get wonky if they were brought back. (1 point).

 

Style: The picture is kind of weird. But you are trying to represent time, I suppose. Still kind of weird, though. (3 points).
