Perhaps there should be a Level-cap for the DARK monster you can equip to this card? I mean, get a Level 8 out of your opponent's Graveyard somehow, and this card has 4000 ATK, not to mention whatever effect the monster may have.

really depends on your opponent's deck. Level 8 DARK monsters that can be special summoned are rare these days.

I can see a card like this being made. Though, slight OCG error; you can't Special Summon an equip spell card. Unless it has some sort of wierd effect that lets you do so, which this card doesn't have.

It Specials summons a dark monster and then equips it to this card. What are you talking about O.o
