Valkyrie Lupia Blitzer
Turtles. Those turtles. Turtles are fantastic. But not unidentified objects. Turtles are mainly a support archetype. [spoiler=Turtles Vol. 1]Grinning Turtle100/100Level 2DARK AttributeReptile/EffectIf you control a "Turtling Rod", this card gains these effects:When this card is Summoned, you can select 1 "Turtle" card in your Graveyard and add it to your hand. Increase the ATK and DEF of all monsters you control, except "Turtle" monsters, by 500 for each monster you control. Once per turn, you can increase the Level of 1 monster you control by 1. This turtle has seen horrible things... Syncopated Turtle100/1600Level 2EARTH AttributeReptile/EffectIf you control a "Turtling Rod", this card gains these effects:When this card is Summoned, you can select 1 "Turtle" card in your Deck and add it to your hand. You can discard 2 cards to place 1 card in your Deck on top of your Deck. This turtle smells like an anemic librarian. Boxcar Turtle300/1700Level 3EARTH AttributeReptile/EffectIf this card is Summoned while you control a "Grinning Turtle" or a "Syncopated Turtle", you can discard any number of cards from your hand, then add to your hand an amount of "Turtle" cards from your Deck or Graveyard equal to the amount of cards you discarded + 2. Ballast Turtle500/1200Level 3WATER AttributeReptile/EffectIf you control a "Grinning Turtle" or "Syncopated Turtle", you can discard this card and 1 other card from your hand to pay Maintenance Costs or costs to activate a card or its effect instead of its usual cost. Sleeping Wereturtle1600/600Level 4DARK AttributeReptile/EffectA monster that battles with this card has its ATK reduced by 500 and cannot attack on your opponent's next turn. This does not actually seem to be a wereturtle - it's probably just a normal turtle. Or not. Samurai Turtle1700/400Level 4WATER AttributeReptile/EffectThis card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand by discarding 1 "Turtle Pheromones". When you activate a Spell Card, place 1 counter on this card. This card gains 500 ATK for each counter on it. This card gains 500 ATK for each card equipped to it. During the 5th End Phase after this card was Summoned from your hand, send this card back to your hand. Blue Shell TurtleNormal SpellDestroy the monster your opponent controls with the highest ATK. This thing has been hated for centuries (or shorter) because of some game developer's misguided sense of fairness. Ancient Turtle ShellContinuous SpellWhen this card is activated, draw 1 card. You cannot activate any more "Turtle" Spell or Trap cards this turn. Once per turn, you can roll 2 dice. If the total of those 2 dice is 2 or 3, draw 1 card. Turtle PheromonesNormal SpellSelect 1 "Turtle" card in your Deck and add it to your hand. You can only activate 1 "Turtle Pheromones" per turn. Turtling RodContinuous SpellYou can pay 500 Life Points to add this card to your hand from your Deck. You can only add 1 "Turtling Rod" from your Deck to your hand tin this way once per turn. Once per turn, you can select 1 "Turtle Pheromones" in your Deck and add it to your hand. Garter of the Turtle PoacherContinuous SpellOnce per turn, you can select 1 "Turtle Pheromones" in your Graveyard and add it to your hand. You can activate 2 "Turtle Pheromones" per turn instead of 1. Crabs. Their theme is FRIENDSHIIIIP ATK and DEF manipulation and negating the effects of cards that would destroy or remove from play monsters you control. Why crabs? Yusei's ridiculous hair. Nothing more to say here. Except there are no references to Crab Helmet. At all. [spoiler=Crabs Vol. 1]Clustering Crab1200/1500Level 3WATER AttributeAqua/TunerThis card gains 500 ATK for each monster you control, except this card. Once per turn, you can Tribute this card to negate the effect of a card that would destroy or remove from play monsters you control and destroy it. This card has hanged out on Yusei's head for too long. But Yusei would be more obviously bald without it. Shooting Star Crab1500/1500Level 4LIGHT AttributeAqua/TunerYou can treat this card as a non-Tuner monster during the Synchro Summon of a Synchro monster. This card gains 500 ATK for each monster you control, except this card. You can discard this card from your hand to negate the effect of a card that would destroy or remove from play monsters you control and destroy it. This crab thinks of psychotic fiery woobie-destroyer-of-worlds crows' wishes as pathetic pipe dreams that wil never be fulfilled. And it will destroy crimson dragons for its friends. No, not the ancient Crimson Dragon. The noisy one. Bubble Crab1400/1600Level 4WATER AttributeAqua/EffectWhen this card is Summoned, reduce the ATK and DEF of all monsters your opponent controls by 500, and inflict 500 damage to your opponent for each monster your opponent controls. Monsters affected by this card's effect cannot attack during your opponent's next turn. LIGHT and Thunder-Type monsters double their ATK while battling with one of the monstersa affected by this card's effect during the Damage Step only. Lately that shooting star crab has gained an ability to transform into one of these...by the way, this crab is separate from these other crabs. White Devil Crab2000/1000Level 5LIGHT AttributeAqua/EffectThis card gains 100 ATK for every monster you control, except this card. When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle, you can Special Summon it to your side of the field. That monster is treated as being owned by you for the rest of the Duel. You can remove from play this card from your Graveyard to negate the effect of a card that would destroy or remove from play monsters you control, and if the card with the effect was a monster or a Continuous Spell or Trap card, its effect is negated for the rest of the Duel. This crab has taken a different approach to friends - it tends to beat the heck out of enemies before befriending them. Well, not usually, but its enemies tend to come to its side A LOT. Also, this crab is infamous for beam spam. Stardust Crabdragon2800/2700Level 8LIGHT AttributeAqua/Dragon/Synchro/Effect1 Tuner monster + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersYou can remove from play 1 monster in your Graveyard to negate the effect of a card that would destroy or remove from play monsters you control, and remove it from play. Tribe King Crabdragon3700/3400Level 11LIGHT/FIRE/WIND AttributeAqua/Dragon/Wave/EffectThis card can be Wave Summoned by sending to the Graveyard at least 3 monsters whose total ATK or DEF is equal to a number from 3200 to 4200. You can Special Summon this card from your Extra Deck by sending to the Graveyard a LIGHT monster, FIRE monster, and WIND monster you control. You can send this card to the Graveyard to double the ATK of all monsters you control. (Potential broken effect?) During the End Phase, return to your Deck all monsters that were affected by this effect. If your opponent activates a card that would destroy or remove from play monsters you control, decrease this card's ATK and DEF by 600 and negate the effect. Link Power Crabdragon?/?Level 11LIGHT AttributeAqua/Dragon/Charge/EffectWhile this card is in your Extra Deck, this card gains 1 counter during your End Phase for each monster you control. If this card has 6 counters on it and you control a "Crab" monster, you can Charge Summon this monster from your Extra Deck. This card's ATK is equal to the total ATK of all other monsters you control, and this card's DEF is equal to the total DEF of all other monsters you control. You cannot send monsters from your side of the field to the Graveyard except for the Synchro Summon of a Synchro monster, a Wave Summon of a Wave monster, or by their own effect. When your opponent activates the effect of a card that would destroy or remove from play monsters you control, that card's effect becomes "You gain 1000 Life Points." BrotherbandQuick-Play SpellYou can only activate this card if you control at least 2 "Crab" monsters. Draw 1 card for every 2 monsters you control. The Shout Out doesn't get any more obvious than this. Obligatory Crab HeadgearEquip SpellThis card does not exist. It's a shame that it doesn't. Link to comment
