Lord Smeagle
Mebbe a little darker than my usual fare. I realize these cards would be more likely to crop up in a M:TG set than a children's card game...but rate anyway, kthx? For your opponent to negate the effect of a card you control that requires a cost, they must pay the cost of that effect. Once per turn, you can inflict 800 damage to your opponent and have them draw 1 card. When you activate the effect of a Spell Card that requires a cost, you can pay twice the required cost to Special Summon this card from your hand. Once during either player's turn, when you activate a card's effect that requires a cost, you can have your opponent pay the cost and take control of that card while it remains on the field. "Masochist Merchant" + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersOnce per turn, when the effect of a card that requires a cost activates, you can halve the cost of that card (rounded up) and place 1 Dis-Counter on this card. This card is unaffected by the effects of cards that have their costs halved. When the effect of a card that requires a cost activates, you can remove a Dis-Counter from this card to double the cost of that card. Image Credit: Google and such.
