Anyway Here we go enjoy

Lore: There can only be 1 face-up "Demented Scientist" monster on the field. Once per turn, you can equip 1 face-up monster your opponent controls to this card as an Equip Card. Once per turn, during your opponent's turn, you can remove from play this card. If this card is removed from play this way you can add 1 "Demented Warrior" from your Deck to your hand.

i dont think i found ocg errors but there are 4 problems: 1.you forgot to say how is the attack of this card is Determined. you only said that cards would be equiped to this card but you didnet say that the ATK or DEF of tose cards are importent at all. 2. you forgot to say how many cards can be equiped to this card. 3. the pictue is not very yu-gi-oh-like. 4. i think its a little bit OPed.
