This card cannot be normal summoned or set summoned unless you send 3 Dragon-Type monsters from your hand to the Graveyard. This card gains the effect of one Dragon-Type monster on your side of the field.

Good? Bad? RATE PLZ!![/align]

1st off lets fix that OCG(not all my be correct)

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set unless you send 3 Dragon-Type monsters from your hand to the Graveyard. Than select one of the select Dragon-Type monsters to have this card gain its effect.

This seems a little unbalanced getting 3 Dragons in your hand is easy i would make it something like

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Normal Summoned or Set by Tributing 3 Dragon-Type monsters you control. Than select one of the Dragon-Type monsters used to Summon this card and gain its effect.

Or something like that OCG my not be correct but i think its close

"This card cannot be Normal Summoned except by sending 3 Dragon-type monsters from your hand to the graveyard. When this card is successfully Normal Summoned, select 1 Dragon-type montser on your side of the field. This card's effect is treated as the selected monster's effect."

Not sure about the capitalization though. But that should fix the wording.

Also, don't use horribly overused pics.

And I don't see how this is a Red-eyes card. Just because it has red eyes doesn't autimatically put it in the archetype. All Red-Eyes cards have effects that summon other Red-eyes monsters, or are fusions with fusion materials being Red-Eyes monsters.

Eh, I didn't really look. It was more meant to symbolize that Red eyes don't automatically make it a Red-eyes card.

OCG:

"This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by sending 3 Dragon-Type monsters from your hand to the Graveyard. When this card is Normal Summoned successfully, select 1 Dragon-Type monster on the field. This card gains the selected monster's effect."

The pic is overused, but you're new so you couldn't know. Also, I see no glaring red-eyes.

So simple it can be OPed. What happens if Stardust or Rainbow Dragon is on the field? The Summoning restrictions are extremely difficult though. Lighten up on Summoning conditions and add restrictions to the effect.

Since you're a new, 7/10
