Than select one of the select Dragon-Type monsters to have this card gain its effect. This seems a little unbalanced getting 3 Dragons in your hand is easy i would make it something like This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Normal Summoned or Set by Tributing 3 Dragon-Type monsters you control. Than select one of the Dragon-Type monsters used to Summon this card and gain its effect. When this card is successfully Normal Summoned, select 1 Dragon-type montser on your side of the field. This card's effect is treated as the selected monster's effect." Not sure about the capitalization though. But that should fix the wording. Also, don't use horribly overused pics. And I don't see how this is a Red-eyes card. Just because it has red eyes doesn't autimatically put it in the archetype. Also, I see no glaring red-eyes.So simple it can be OPed. What happens if Stardust or Rainbow Dragon is on the field? The Summoning restrictions are extremely difficult though.
